Excelente, muy recomendable. Volvería y lo recomendaría.
Pros:

Estaba todo perfecto. Pocas almohadas pero para mí que con una está bien estuvo bárbaro. Mi acompañante extraño la almohada extra.

Cons:

Que el WC no tenía perchero para la toalla de manos.

Très beau séjour ville, magnifique malheureusement l’appartement était bien en dessous de nos atten
Pros:

La situation géographique, la vue, la taille de l’appartement, le Rooftop, la literie, le design et la décoration de l’appartement.

Cons:

Grosse difficulté à récupérer l’accès à l’appartement soi-disant envoyé par mail. Nous avons été obligés de contacter la gérance afin qu’elle nous renvoie les codes pour rentrer.
Le fonctionnement des interrupteurs dans l’appartement est complexe. Il y a des faux contacts, des lumières s’allument impossible de les éteindrent.
Pas de pommeau de douche dans la douche, obligé de récupérer le pommeau de la douche extérieur, situé sur le Rooftop.
L’état de propreté est plus que moyen minons ,poussière taches de graisse au plafond j’en passe et des meilleurs.
L’état de la cuisine est lamentable, plan de travail cassé, porte du frigo cassé très peu de vaisselle, il manque des verres uniquement deux verres à eau Idem pour les tasses à café.
Pour couronner le tout, nous avons eu une coupure d’eau
Au final il s’agit d’un très bel appartement, mais malheureusement il est très mal entretenu, je ne le recommande pas

De locatie van het appartement was super

Cons:

de toegang naar het apartment was heel vies. De airconditioning was onvoldoende. Door geluidsoverlast op straat, was het openen van de ramen om bij te koelen erg oncomfortabel.

Pros:

Lokalizacja w samym centrum ,krótki spacer do ratuszu,czystość ,zameldowanie przebiega bardzo wygodnie ,w pobliżu obiektu są automaty całodobowe i sklep spożywczy,kawiarnie i różne sklepy,spokojnie można przyrządzić jedzenie bo jest wystarczająco garnków i patelni .
Balkon na wewnętrzne podwórko kamienicy z fantastyczną windą.Skorzystaliśmy z parkingu na ulicy i wszystko było ok.

Cons:

Niewielkie wibracje od tramwaju ,ale moim zdaniem to dodawało odczucia życia w centrum dużego miasta ,nie przeszkadzało to nam i dziecku

Die Wohnung ist in zentraler Lage. Wir konnten alles zu Fuß bewältigen. Für das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung.

Cons:

Zu Beginn fehlte uns im WC der Toilettensitz und der dazugehörige Deckel. Dies wurde jewoch nach 24 Stunden behoben. Auf der anderen Toilette war jedoch ein Toilettensitz, der nicht mit der Schüssel übereinstimme. Somit war es hier und da undicht. Die Wohnung könnte unserer Meinung nach mal renoviert werden, da kleinere Mängel aufgefallen sind. In der Küche fehlt an der Dunstabzugshaube der Lichtknopf.

Poziția foarte bună față de metrou, de magazine, restaurante, curățenia, mărimea apartamentului.

Cons:

Nu a funcționat plită cu inducție. Abia în a 5 a zi ne-a fost adusă altă plită dar nici pe ea nu am putut s-o folosim. Nu se încălzea și am renunțat. Furtunul de la duș a fost spart și a fost schimbat după 2 zile, capacul de la WC se ținea într-un singur șurub. La bucătărie nu era nicio tigaie, putină sare, piper, zahăr. Ar fi fost cheltuieli mici dar ar fi contat mult. De asemenea la baie nu au fost produse decât pentru o zi. Noi am stat 7 nopți și a trebuit să ne cumpărăm aceste produse de igienă. Parcarea e foarte scumpă și nu ni s-a spus să instalăm o aplicație cu care plătești doar jumătate din preț. APCOA FLOW. Am întrebat despre parcare dar nu am primit niciun răspuns.
Apartamentul e frumos dar gazda ar trebui să fie mai atentă la câteva aspecte pe care le-am menționat.

Pros:

Beautiful place, nice view, clean apartment

Cons:

This apartment needs to have a furniture update. I could see that furniture had some water damaging. Even in floor parquet, no mugs. Only small cups, no wine glasses.

Seven issues, including lacking air con, only intermittent internet - reported but not dealt with.
Pros:

Good central location close to tram and metro, and directly opposite a good supermarket.

Cons:

The air conditioning didn't work; the fan made a noise, but there was no cooling effect. The apartment was, we think, near to the boiler room for the whole property, which made it very warm. We had to open windows which of course let in the street noise and noise from the cafe next door.
The shower holder broke the first time we used it.
The wi-fi was intermittent.
The switch had been removed from the lights above the cooker and sink.
We reported all of the above faults (they were acknowledged, but nothing was done about them over the four days we were there).
Also, the apartment was different from the photo shown on the Booking Confirmation , i.e. no dining table and chairs, just a kitchen bar and stools.
The spiral staircase down to the bedroom was difficult to use with heavy suitcases.
The upstairs toilet was missing a seat.
