Poor quality, broken furniture needs everything thrown out and start again

Obviously hasn’t had anything updated since first listed years ago. Broken furniture, rusty radiators, pealing paint, stuck shower door, apartment door flimsy and handle not secure. Messaged agent when we arrived to report these things and got no response. Towels seen better days and only one toilet in a 3 bed apartment despite having 2 bathrooms! Don’t know how we missed reading the many poor reviews for the place

The location- apartment is located in the centre City. No need to worry about missing connections. Be where you want to be till when you to be and still reach apartment within 10 mins.

Cons:

No lift is a major let down for people who have difficulty in using the stairs.

Attention , les photos de l’annonce sont trompeuses! Nous n’avons rien aimé. Ce lieu était sale, de la porte d’entrée de l’immeuble aux draps des lits. Les murs étaient sales, remplis d’humidité. Les équipements (four, lave-vaisselle et autres )étaient remplis de couches de saleté. Les draps ne recouvraient pas la surface des matelas, ils étaient troués, remplis de taches dégoûtantes et délavés. Il y avait des traces de déjections sur les murs des toilettes, des couches de saleté au niveau des bords de la baignoire. Le canapé était dégoûtant, pour rien au monde on ne se serait assis dedans. Les rideaux n’étaient même pas totalement accrochés et étaient replis de taches. La table était collante et pleine de miettes. Cet endroit était insalubre. Nous n’y sommes pas restés loger et avons préféré trouver des chambres d’hôtel. De son côté, booking ne nous dédommage que de 10eur sur notre prochain séjour. Ça ou rien, c’est la même chose. C’est honteux d’arnaquer les gens de la sorte!

Runaway as fast as you can!!!

The entire property was heavily infested with bedbugs(photos attached). Within just a few hours of our arrival — not after a full night’s stay as the owner falsely claimed — I discovered the infestation firsthand. The bites were severe enough to send me to the hospital due to an allergic reaction.
To make matters worse, the owner initially refused to acknowledge the problem and attempted to gaslight our group, insisting we had stayed overnight before raising the issue. This was simply not true.
I would strongly urge anyone to avoid this property entirely. No one should have to deal with a health hazard like this, let alone be met with denial and dishonesty when reporting it.
Not recommended under any circumstances.

PS. After asking the owner to compensate us for the troubles that were caused, he told me that i can flip off and he is happy for what happened to me. Unprofessional, pitiful and a shame to have such a bad host on such a big site as Booking.com. He also tried to charge me for the parasite company as he claimed that we transferred the bedbugs in his apartment even though you can find other reviews stating the apartment had bedbugs issues.

Die Beschreibung des Apartments entsprach nicht der Realität – es war schmutzig. Es gab nicht die passende Ausstattung, die in anderen Unterkünften üblich ist, wo man zu Beginn zumindest ein paar Kapseln Kaffee erhält. Es fehlte an geeignetem Geschirr, es gab keine Weingläser, überhaupt kein Geschirr und auch keine normalen Wassergläser. Außerdem war es schmutzig und heruntergekommen, mit Fenstern, die seit einem Jahrzehnt renovierungsbedürftig waren, einem schmutzigen Boden und abgeblätterten Wänden – einfach dreckig.!

The beds are really bad you can even see mattress are super old
Tub bedroom have fungal
The other shower had a door Brocken and we cut not use that shower
Sofa bed was make bed when we got in but to have it back in it was broke incontable and no pillows to seat
And all this I have talk to the property and about it and he's response was very inappropriate saying that I left apartment dirty sooo I really don't recommend you will not rest o sleep well

Emplacement idéal mais équipements vétustes
Pros:

L'emplacement des appartements est idéal et permet de visiter toute la ville à pieds!
Les chambres et le salon sont grands et lumineux.
Beaucoup d'escaliers pour y accéder donc prévoir des valises légères!
Nous étions 18 donc nous avions réussi à avoir 3 appartements dans le même immeuble ce qui est rarissime pour une capitale comme Bruxelles.

Cons:

Equipements vétustes (canapé lit qui ne peut être refermé, store qui ne se ferme pas, freezer ouvert sur le frigo...)

Appartement bien placé mais des points à revoir.
Pros:

L emplacement est parfait.
L appartement en lui même est bien.

Cons:

Nous n avons pas réussi a ouvrir la porte d entrée. Après plusieurs essais j ai du demander de l aide au restaurant d à côté.
Je vous ai tel , et personne ne m a répondu.

Il n y avait que 3 chaises pour 4 personnes. Pas assez de mug pour le petit déjeuner du matin.

Des draps usés .. et surtout des punaises de lits en grandes quantités dans les matelas .
