La ubicación muy buena

Cons:

Falta de climatización, calor insoportable. Sábanas rotas o inexistentes. La campana extractora y el secador de pelo no funcionan. Un sólo WC para 7 personas. Sillas rotas

La atención de Sam, siempre estuvo dispuesto a atendernos

Las camas súper cómodas, pudimos descansar mucho

La cocina no estaba tan limpia, sobre todo la estufa

Son muchas escaleras para subir maletas

Los ventiladores estaban dañados aunque Sam atendió nuestra necesidad y nos reemplazo 2 pienso que es indispensable por lo menos 3 en esta época del año que el verano es fuerte

Location was good, the apartment was clean and cozy, just as the name suggests. The amenities were provided as listed.

Cons:

The host first confirmed that we can check out late as I had some meeting to attend online. But on the day of check out we got a message from him that we need to check out on time and this completely disturbed our plan.
Also my mother can not walk too much on stairs so I asked him in advance about the floor to which he mentioned that it's on floor 1 but the room was on floor 2 and the stairs are more than usual for 2 floors.
All of these misinformation made our whole trip very uncomfortable and I would not recommend this place if you have one of these constraints.

Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
Pros:

Herşeyiyle mükemel bir tesis. Evde fazlasıyla herşey mevcut. Katlı Otopark hemen karşı tarafta. Gezme yerleri, yeme-içme yerleri, tarihi yerler, mağazalar hepsi yürüme mesafesinde. Konum tam merkezde.

Cons:

Dairenin 3. Katta oluşu valiz taşımak için biraz sıkıntı sadece. Asansör yok. Bu kadar güzel imkanların yanında hiç problem etmedik.

This has honestly been one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had in my life.

The apartment (also known on Google as Sam’s Place) was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. The property is very poorly maintained, old, dirty, and in a serious state of deterioration. The photos and expectations do not reflect the actual condition of the apartment.

The place clearly lacks proper care and maintenance. Many areas felt neglected, outdated, and uncomfortable. The cleanliness was far below acceptable standards, which made our stay very unpleasant.

Another major inconvenience is that the building has no elevator, which makes it extremely difficult when traveling with luggage.

After staying in many accommodations around the world, I can honestly say this has been the worst stay I have ever experienced. A good location does not make up for the poor condition of the apartment.

I would not recommend this property to other travelers. It urgently needs a complete renovation, better cleaning standards, and proper maintenance before welcoming guests.
