Super Aufenthalt mitten in Linz
Pros:

Das Appartement im 1. Stock war sehr komfortabel. Sehr großes Zimmer, sehr sauber.
Einchecken muss man im Hotel Schwarzer Bär an der gleichen Adresse. Das Personal zeigt dann den Weg zu den Appartments, die etwas versteckt im Hinterhof liegen.
Das Frühstück gibt es ebenfalls im schwarzen Bär. Sehr viel Auswahl, auch warme Speisen sind dabei (Eier und Speck).
Lage ist perfekt, mitten in der Altstadt.

Cons:

Bei unserem Aufenthalt war ein Straßenfest, es war bis 2 Uhr nachts laut. Bei geschlossenem Fenster war es halbwegs erträglich. Dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts. Der Boiler im Bad gluckst permanent. Man kann aber die beiden Türen zum Schlafzimmer schließen, dann hört man es nicht.

Quarto extremamente quente, mesmo com as janelas abertas toda a noite... Calor insuportável que não permitiu dormir.

Lage ist perfekt und Parkplatz ist sehr vorteilhaft.

Cons:

Bei 35 Grad Aussentemperatur fanden wir am Abend das Fenster vom Zimmerservice sperrangelweit offen gelassen. Das finde ich wirklich eine Zumutung, da wir extrem darauf geachtet haben, dass es kühl bleibt und hat mich sehr geärgert.

Pros:

Krásné místo v centru města. Čisté a prostorné ubytování poskytující dostatečné zázemí pro výlety.

Cons:

V kuchyňce mi chyběla mikrovlnka a trochu větší hrnky (jsem milovník ranního “turka” do velkého hrnku)😉

Gute Lage bei der Promenade. Sehr gutes und vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet. Zuvorkommendes Personal.

Cons:

Die Apartments wahren nirgends Ausgeschildert oder in den Buchungsunterlagen beschrieben, dass es einen separaten Eingang verfügt bis wir am Empfang des Hotel Schwarzer Bär ( an gleicher Adresse nachgefragt haben ) die Situation klären konnten. Apartemente ohne Lift für Personen mit eigeschränkter Mobilität suboptimal. Preislich besser ein Hotelzimmer gebucht.

Pros:

Das wir viel Platz gehabt haben für uns 4 Personen. Das Appartment war sauber und das Frühstück hatte für jeden etwas.

Cons:

Die fehlende Klimaanlage wäre ein Kritikpunkt. Es waren zwar Ventilatoren im Appartment aber die konnten die obere Etage nicht abkühlen, um angenehm schlafen zu können.

Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und die Lage optimal.
Die Terrasse haben wir besonders genossen.

Etwas hellhörig.

Grand appartement au calme sans rangements, petit déjeuner exceptionnel.

Grand appartement au premier étage donnant sur une court intérieure. Au calme.

Cons:

Booking n'affiche pas le nom de l'hôtel qui gère l'appartement. L'adresse est la bonne, attention c'est une rue piétonne et c'est l'hôtel qui gère la location.
Il n'y a pratiquement rien pour ranger ses affaires, juste un pauvre portant avec 3 cintres, pas d'armoire, pas de commode, pas d'étagère. Incompréhensible.
Les rideaux ne sont pas occultants.
