Convenient, friendly staff. A rather ‘tired’ feel but acceptable over all.
Pros:

It was self catering so no breakfast.
The room was spacious with a comfortable bed.
It was 15 minutes walk from the station by and close to shops and Resturants.
A balcony and paved outside area are available and a lift internally.

Cons:

Room was very noisy with neighbours in the room above disturbing us all night.
The dishes snd cutlery was of poor quality being chipped and not matching. There were no storage dishes.
The balcony was closely overlooked by neighbours.

Perfect Stay in Pisa
Pros:

Such a nice place to stay in Pisa. The host, Analisa, is super friendly and helpful, the location is ideal, the rooms are very spacious, and the beds are comfortable. It really exceeded my expectations, great value for money. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Pisa.

Relaxing stay in traditional accommodation
Pros:

Analisa was very kind and helpful, and she was available at reception in the mornings to answer any questions or offer advice on things to do and see in Pisa. The room was very spacious, and had a well-stocked kitchenette. The windows had mosquito nets and there was a fan which was very much appreciated for keeping the room cool. The hotel is in a brilliant location, close to the airport, train station and all the sights.

Pros:

Property was a 15 minute walk from the train station. The host was very communicative and attentive. Very clean and quiet. Location was central to everything.

I would def stay here again.
Pros:

Everything was superb .. soo clean .. location. host is delightful .. gave us a map on arrival with local advice.

Cons:

Minimal … My daughter thought her bed was very firm.. I like firm mattress.

Very helpful reception, quiet location at back with balcony

Very friendly and informative reception by lady on desk.
Balcony at back, sunny and quiet.
Quiet street but several restaurants very near
Lift to 1st floor.

Pros:

Analisa is an excellent host. Very friendly and thorough. I had a problem with chairs scraping on the floor above me and she spoke to the guest and fixed the chairs. She also helped me secure an extra night stay.

Cons:

Besides the above-mentioned chairs the walls are
Very thin and you can hear everything loudly in the room. I Xo Ike even hear someone blowing their nose as if they were in my room. If I come back to Pisa inwoild stay there but I would want a top floor that is perhaps a bit removed.

Well located apartment in Pisa that makes for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Pros:

This was a well located apartment off a quiet street. There is a front desk that is staffed in the morning so help is regularly available. The apartment was very quiet and featured access to a shared, secure terrace.

Cons:

Overall the internet seemed to be relatively slow. It was able to provide basic functions but was insufficient for a video conference meeting. Some cooking pots and coffee maker were well worn and in need of replacement but fine for a short stay. There were also very limited plugs in the vicinity of the kitchen counter requiring the electric kettle .to have to be used on the floor.

Le calme. La gentillesse de l'hôtesse d'accueil et ses conseils . Un amour. Pouvoir se garer dans la rue gratuitement. La propreté. Pouvoir se balader sans avoir à prendre la voiture.
