Pros:

Pontos positivos: Excelente localização, ótimas dependências, fomos muito bem atendidos, muito boas as acessibilidades, muito bom os utensílios, e, custo- benefício tbem muito bom, com certeza, volto sempre.
Pontos negativos: por questão de sugestão a anfitriã, o entretenimento (televisão e internet) deixou muito a desejar, sendo que a conexão, em nossa estadia, praticamente não existiu.
E, como alerta, para realização de conserto, entre o banheiro e o quarto (em frente a porta, existe um vazamento.
Pareceu-nos que seria a água que vinha da pia do banheiro.
Com certeza, ao reparar tais eventos, recomendo.

Ótimo custo benefício
Pros:

O flat é compacto, mas muito bonito e equipado, com os móveis todos planejados. Possui uma vista linda para a cidade e é muito bem localizado. Além disso, tem sauna, piscina aquecida e academia na cobertura com mais uma vista incrível da cidade.

Os funcionários foram bem receptivos também, principalmente a recepcionista do estacionamento, uma pessoa muito empática e alegre. Parabéns especial para ela.

Cons:

Apartamento precisa de manutenção, vazamento de água do banheiro para o quarto, aberturas não fecham, roupas de cama manchadas.
