Difficult stay w/o AC on days with 36 degrees, hotel staff doesn't seem to care
Pros:

Conveniently located in the same building as the Hilton Garden Inn for a conference there.
Technically, the digital check-in process works without major problems

Cons:

The room had 30 degrees when I cam at five pm and the AC didn't really work. When I complaint per chat, they put a broken fan into my room. Which was not replaced when I asked for a working one.
There is now blowdryer and despite me asking I didn't get one. The kitchenette exists but is not really equipped to be used. E.g., no kettle, no coffee maker, etc.
Whole room is dark and only a few lights. Perception is nobody really cares whether the tenants feel cared for.

Pros:

Très propre, pratique de pouvoir se garer dans le parking souterrain, grande chambre, beau mobilier.

Cons:

C'était très bien juste il n'y a pas de personnel d'accueil tout est fait en autonomie.

Gute Unterkunft mit Hürden beim Check-In
Pros:

Geräumige, moderne Unterkunft, gute Betten, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für Schweizer Verhältnisse ganz ok. Im dazugehörigen Restaurant des Hotels Hilton Garden Inn konnte man auch ohne Buchung des Frühstücks Kaffee und Gipfeli à la carte bestellen.

Cons:

Das Online-Check-In per zugesandtem Link hat nicht funktioniert und auf meine Anfrage, was ich alternativ tun könne, habe ich erst am Anreisetag eine Antwort erhalten. Das war ziemlich stressig! Schlussendlich war es aber ganz einfach, da man bei der Rezeption des Hilton Garden Inn (im gleichen Gebäude) ganz unkompliziert einchecken konnte. Dieser Hinweis müsste aber unbedingt in der Buchung ersichtlich sein! Auch die QR-Anleitung zum Self-Check-In vor Ort war wenig hilfreich. Der Prozess, resp. die Kommunikation bez. Check-Inn müsste also zwingend optimiert werden!

Cons:

Der Self-Check-in war für mich kompliziert und schlecht beschrieben. Ich habe lange gebraucht, um zu verstehen, wie der Ablauf funktioniert. Besonders unangenehm fand ich, dass ich zuerst eine App herunterladen musste. Ohne Smartphone ist man praktisch aufgeschmissen.
