Je n’ai absolument rien aimé de cet établissement la chambre n’était pas propre ça sentait l’humidité le renfermé le personnel n’était pas à l’écoute de ses clients le petit déjeuner une catastrophe il n’y avait pratiquement rien et le rapport qualité prix de cet hôtel scandaleux l’hôtel ne mérite absolument pas d’avoir les quatre étoiles!

Fiquei apenas uma noite e gostei bastante
Pros:

Os quartos, sala de jantar e jardim exterior, a exposição e a preservação de máquinas usadas antigamente. O staff que foi muito simpático e atencioso.

Cons:

O AC fazia demasiado barulho.
O pavimento do hotel que é lindo necessita de restauro.
O bar em frente à recepção podia estar mais bem decorado o que seria uma grande mais valia.

O jantar, a comida estava muito bem confecionada. O espaço muito agradável e o pequeno almoço suficiente no que respeita à quantidade e variedade e estava tudo muito bom.

Uma estadia muito especial, num hotel bonito e acolhedor, com uma equipa verdadeiramente excecional.
Pros:

Gostei muito da estadia. Nunca fiquei num hotel com funcionários tão simpáticos, disponíveis e amorosos - pessoas realmente incríveis, que fazem toda a diferença na experiência. O hotel é super bonito, muito bem cuidado e com uma decoração encantadora. A piscina é muito agradável e todas as áreas comuns são confortáveis, bonitas e convidativas. Foi uma estadia muito especial e recomendo muito.

Cons:

O único ponto menos positivo foi o parque infantil, que ainda não estava em condições de ser utilizado. No entanto, tendo em conta tudo o que Alcácer do Sal viveu em fevereiro, com as cheias e os danos provocados pelo mau tempo, é algo totalmente compreensível e até expectável que ainda existam alguns pontos a melhorar. Acreditamos que será uma questão de tempo até estar tudo recuperado. Ainda assim, queremos destacar o enorme profissionalismo, dedicação e empenho de toda a equipa. Gostámos mesmo muito da experiência e recomendamos muito este hotel.
