Pros:

Die moderne Ausstattung. Es war sehr sauber und das Bett war bequem. Die Lage ist ziemlich zentral. Nachts ist es sehr ruhig was ich sehr schätze.

Cons:

Es ist wirklich klein. Sowohl Badezimmer als auch das Zimmer sind sehr eng.

Klein, sauber, ausreichend und unabhängig von Zeitregularien.

Die ausschließliche Kommunikation und auch ohne Rezeption war sehr einfach und hat ohne Probleme geklappt. Vor allem war bei mir wichtig, dass ich sehr spät zu einer mir nicht bekannten Zeit in meine Unterkunft kommen konnte.

Cons:

Bei der Übermittlung des Codes für die Schlüsselübergabe erhielt ich die Aussage, dass ich mir mit dem Code den Schlüssel 15:00 Uhr -23:30 Uhr holen kann. Die Aussage ist falsch und irreführend, da offensichtlich zeitlich unbegrenzt. Zum Glück hat die Schlüsselübergabe auch noch 02:30 Uhr geklappt.

Pros:

The location is convenient, situated just a 3-minute walk from the tram (which is 2 stops from the U1 line to Messe and the Old Town) or a 10-minute walk directly to the U-Bahn station.
​Private backyard parking is available for €10/night upon reservation. This is highly recommended, as finding a spot on the street for free is nearly impossible—especially in the evenings if you arrive late, as we did.

Cons:

The room is far too small for two adults with luggage and cannot reasonably be classified as a "double." There is virtually no floor space; we actually had to keep one of the suitcases on the table just to create a path to the bed, which is only two steps from the door.
​The bed is pushed against the wall under a window, making it difficult for one person to get in or out.
​There is a strong, lingering smell of mold originating from the bathroom. The bathroom sink was clogged upon arrival, forcing us to use the sink in the room.
​Shower Facilities: The shower is tiny and only separated by a curtain. Because there is no floor drain, water floods the floor all the way to the door. My husband (1.87m, 100kg) cannot use this facility without causing a mess, and the single floor cloth provided was insufficient to soak up the water.
​The "kitchenette" is right next to the bed with no ventilation. Cooking is impossible as the smell lingers, and the table is unusable because it is required for luggage storage. It is impossible to fit a table and two chairs in the narrow gap between the door and the bed.

Buen lugar para una o dos noches
Pros:

Buena ubicación, cerca de estaciones de metro y de la estación central de trenes. Hay cerca supermercados y lugares para comer. Se puede llegar caminando al centro de la ciudad.

Cons:

La parte de la cocina no estaba muy limpia, el paño de loza tenía manchas y cuando tomé una taza del estante esta estaba un poco pegada al mueble.
