Pros:

Logement propre avec terrasse.
Emplacement idéal pour visiter Séville, Station arrrêts de bus proche, bus direct aéroport (EA ) jusqu'à place des Armas ou El Torros.

Cons:

Bien faire attestation lors des renseignements à compléter et aux informations transmises, l'accès à l'ouverture du batiment y est indiqué, application à installer via un lien pour l'ouverture des portes (bâtiment et logement)

Llegamos y el apartamento que nos dieron y no tenia nada que ver con las fotos, era un zulo que no se podia abrir la ventana para que entrase luz ya que era un bajo con contaventanas ciegas que daban a un bar directamente, la ducha estaba rota, la television no funcionaba y la wifi tampoco, como llegamos a las 21:00h no nos cogieron el telefono ni el que tenian de urgencias, al dia siguiente no pudimos trabajar ya que no teniamos wifi y con nuestro telefono no teniamos cobertura ya que era un zulo de habitación. Por la mañana a las 10:00h ya conseguimos hablar con ellos y nos dijeron que reclamasemos a booking y que nos devolverian el dinero y que nos buscasemos algo por que ellos no tenian disponibilidad, solo nos dieron otra habitacion cuando les dijimos que ibamos a llamar a la policia por estafa y en este caso si que nos pudieron realojar a otra habitacion que si era como las anunciadas.

Pros:

De locatie is echt top. In het hart van Triana, op loop afstand (20 minuten) van de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden.

Cons:

Het appartementencomplex, (wij hadden het appartement op de begane grond aan de achterkant) moet het vooral van de locatie hebben. Het is schoon en ruim genoeg en redelijk compleet. Er is voldoende kastruimte. Op details zijn er wel verbeterpunten. Het matras van het 2-persoonsbed is echt keihard en niet comfortabel. Dat geldt ook voor de hoofdkussens. De slaapbank is prima voor jongere kinderen, maar ongeschikt voor volwassenen. Het was bij ons ook niet opgemaakt en er was geen dekbed voor de kinderen die het daardoor de eerste nacht koud hadden. Dat is de volgend ochtend wel opgelost gelukkig.

De jacuzzi is een leuke extra maar kan qua onderhoud ook wel extra aandacht gebruiken. Het bad zat volg met zand.

Twee extra stoelen bij de tafel buiten zou ook prettig zijn.

En pleno barrio de Triana
Pros:

La ubicación y la comodidad del apartamento. Seguimiento rápido y atento por WhatsApp. Nos permitieron entrar antes para dejar el equipaje.

Cons:

Un poco complejo hablar con alguien que nos atendiera para resolver un problema con una puerta. Dejaron todo el fin de semana un cubo y otros artículos de limpieza en el ascensor, restando imagen a las instalaciones.

La ubicación extraordinaria, en el barrio de Triana. A 200 metros del puente de Triana. Estaba en zona muy concurrida, pero no se oye la calle, porque da a un patio interior. Limpieza y comodidad.

Cons:

Communication before we left uk on how to get link for ID forms was very poor. Thankfully booking.com customer services assisted us. Booking.com don't allow links and the apartment should know this.

It's very busy and noisy at night but this is to be expected and is part of the experience.

Fantastic!
Pros:

Excellent property! The best one we stayed during our trip in Andalusia. Very good location, renovated building, very well equipped. Everything was clean and comfortable. Excellent stay in Seville. Plenty of Parking lots on the streets around the location. Building is in the pedestrian zone and no way to get there by car, but it is not a problem at all.

De locatie was goed en het bed was zeer goed

Cons:

De kamer was zeer gehorig, we lagen naast de ingang en hoorden iedereen die binnenkwam.als op de kamer boven ons de wc of douche gebruikt werd was het alsof het water door onze kamer liep. Het ijskastje hoorde je ‘s nachts ook goed en als je het afzette kropen de mieren erin.

Great stay in a cool area
Pros:

The apartment building was beautiful and the apartment itself was very spacious. We had a nice view over the Main Street below. Despite the street being noisy, we were still able to sleep well. The apartment had blackout blinds and air conditioning. The area is very lively but not too crowded.

Cons:

Our stay would have been perfect except we were only given two rolls of toilet paper and so we had to buy more ourselves.
