Mala experiencia
Pros:

Son apartamentos nuevos y de buen tamaño.

Cons:

La limpieza no era la mejor, la ducha bastante deficiente, nos avisaron por mensaje la misma mañana de nuestra enrada de que no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y era un día muy caluroso. Afortunadamente nos dejaron un ventilador y pudimos pasar la noche.

A última hora dijeron que se les había estropeado el Aire Acondicionado y no ofrecieron ningún tipo de compensación. 145€ la noche en Arroyo de la Encomienda solamente porque estaba todo agotado por las Series Mundiales de Rugby que se celebraban en el Estadio José Zorrilla. Una noche horrible con el calor que hacía, y como digo, ni ofrecieron ninguna compensación cuando el aire está incluido en la reserva y por el cual escogimos este alojamiento y dejarnos algo más de dinero.

Alojamiento correcto y buena relación calidad-precio
Pros:

Relación calidad precio es perfecto. Solo dormimos una noche, pero no nos faltó de nada. Se aparca bien en la puerta y tiene supermercados cerca

Cons:

Se estropeó el aire acondicionado justo el día que entrábamos y hacía mucho calor. Aunque pedí un ajuste del precio por el inconveniente, no nos rebajaron nada.

El aire acondicionado estaba estropeado, cuando llegamos no nos dijeron nada de la avería, nada mas entrar en el apartamento me di cuenta que no teníamos aire acondicionado, por lo que pase por recepción para informarles del no funcionamiento del aire, me contestaron que estaban informados y que estaban esperando al técnico. la temperatura en la calle era de 33º en el apartamento seria mas por darle el sol, al abrir las ventanas se oía mucho la autopista y la rotonda que esta a +/- 100 metros, al día siguiente seguíamos sin aire. Ni se disculparon, ni nos compensaron, nada de nada. Son de los que como cogiste y pagaste la habitación por adelantado te aguantas.
