קצת היה קשה למצוא את המקום. חפשו שביל שנכנס בין הבתים מיד לאחר גן הילדים.

Home from home… but better! ❤️
Pros:

It felt intimate but not overwhelming. The rooms were comfortable, modern and contemporary. The pool area was great, very clean and well maintained with great poolside furniture that functioned beautifully. The couple that ran it were very in-tune to the needs of the guests and were forthcoming with offers of help, recommendations and anything that could be done to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, the perfect hosts! They accommodated our needs intuitively. All the staff were professional and conversational. Breakfast was small but perfectly formed and comprised of coffee and fresh orange juice (teas available too) scrambled, fried and boiled eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, cucumber, toms and peppers (best, tastiest toms ever of course), ham, cheese, croissants, pretzels, nutella, delicious fresh white and brown bread (best bread we had anywhere) mixture of spinach pie, feta pie, custard pie, french toast / eggy bread, greek yogurt, variety of cereals, dried fruits, greek honey, nuts. The rooms were cleaned well, each day. Great AC. Can’t recommend this place again, was an absolute delight and thank you to all the staff at IADES.

I hope to come again!
Pros:

Great boutique hotel in a perfect location. Steps away from the very center of the small village. It's really just a 12-minute (max!) walk to the beach. The pool was so nice to relax next and never over-crowded, it seems like June is a great time to go! The rooms were clean and modern, and breakfast was nice. The hosts/owners seem very invested and are attentive to help!

Sehr ruhig und entspannt. Kamen mal richtig runter…Morgens tolles Frühstück!
Pros:

Super schönes und kleines, persönliches Hotel…perfekte Lage…man braucht kein Auto um Strand, Altstadt mit schönen Restaurant‘s zu besuchen. So herzliche, tolle Inhaber…haben uns von der ersten Minute wie Zuhause gefühlt!!!

Cons:

Nichts…- alles perfekt…!!! Wir kommen wieder…!!!

Struttura molto bella, moderna e pulita.
Pros:

La stanza vista piscina era davvero spaziosa, confortevole e arredata con gusto. Bagno moderno e comodo, tutto molto pulito. Personale molto gentile e cortese. Colazione buona, con qualche scelta sia dolce sia salata. Peccato per il caffé nel thermos, per quello espresso fatto al bar viene richiesto un pagamento extra. Lo spazio esterno per la colazione è gradevole. La struttura si trova in un'area molto tranquilla. Purtroppo abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte e non abbiamo usufruito della piscina e dei lettini per un po' di relax, ma sembrava tutto molto bello e pulito. Se dovessi tornare in quella zona, probabilmente sceglierei ancora di soggiornare qui.

Cons:

Abbiamo fatto un po' fatica a trovare la struttura il giorno dell'arrivo. E' in una stradina secondaria e non ci sono cartelli che possano indirizzare lì. Ad ogni modo, ho chiamato la struttura e ci sono venuti incontro sulla strada. Il parcheggio pubblico è a circa 200 mt e, per arrivare alla struttura, c'é una stradina in discesa (che nel percorso contrario è un po' "sfidante", in salita, per trasportare bagagli voluminosi, ma per fortuna non era il nostro caso. Il parcheggio era sempre piuttosto pieno (fine maggio), non oso pensare ad agosto cosa potrebbe essere!

Toller Urlaub!
Pros:

Die Iades-Suites liegen mitten im Dorf in absolut ruhiger Lage. Die Anlage ist Top-gepflegt, die Zimmer sind praktisch und schön eigerichtet, der Balkon zum Pool wunderbar zum relaxen. Room-Service täglich, jeden zweiten Tag Handtuch/Wäschewechsel. Morgens gibt es ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstück auf der Terrasse. Alexandra und Mike, die Hotel-Besitzer, sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine tolle Atmosphäre!

Cons:

Die Restaurants in Afythos sind - mit wenigen Ausnahmen - zu teuer und deutlich schlechter als die Restaurants in der Umgebung.
