Perfect for a family trip
Pros:

Location is very nice (close to the sea and calm). The apartment was quite big and also very well equipped and clean.

Τοποθεσία άριστη εξυπηρέτηση πελατών αρκετά καλή φιλικοί και χαμογελαστοί όλοι τους

Λίγο στη αλλαγή σεντονιων και πετσέτες να το δούνε
Λόγω καλοκαιριού νομίζω πως έπρεπε να τα ανανεώνουν ή να ελέγχουν το προσωπικό καθαριότητας

Pulito, confortevole ed in posizione strategica
Pros:

Posizione comodissima, appena fuori dalla confusione del centro, a due passi dalla spiaggia e con parcheggio sempre disponibile. Ci sono due supermercati vicinissimi per gli acquisti di alimentari e altro. L'alloggio era completo di tutti i comfort ed il piccolo angolo cottura era attrezzato a sufficienza per il nostro soggiorno di una settimana in due.

Cons:

Bagno un po' piccolo anche se funzionale, sistemerei la fuoriuscita di acqua dal piatto della doccia, per il resto era perfetto.

CANT WAIT TO COME BACK
Pros:

Our stay at Luis Apartments was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, Vivi and Taki made us feel like family. Their warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality made such a difference and turned a great holiday into a truly memorable one.

The apartment was spotless, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into keeping everything clean and comfortable. The location was also perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we wanted to explore, while still being peaceful enough to relax.

Thank you, Vivi and Taki, for making us feel so welcome and at home. Your kindness is something we’ll always remember. We left with wonderful memories and hope to return one day. We can wholeheartedly recommend Luis Apartments to anyone visiting Kos!

Truly refreshing experience to not have to worry about anything as everything was perfect.
Pros:

Every score I have given is accurate. It it really did come up to those standards. It impossible to find anything adverse about the property, its location, the facilities e.g. the use of the pool opposite our building. The housekeeper must be singled out for her efforts in maintaining the high standards and being so very helpful.

Cons:

Not a thing.

Soggiorno rilassante e personale molto accogliente! Tutto perfetto!
Pros:

Appartamento molto pulito, spazioso e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. Lo staff è stato estremamente accogliente e gentile rendendo la nostra vacanza molto piacevole. La posizione è ottima per vicinanza con aeroporto e per poter visitare tutta l’isola. Il paese poi è delizioso e molto ventilato!

Pros:

La stanza per 4 era stupenda, curata nei dettagli, rilassante! lo staff gentilissimo! Zona tranquillissima, la sera si dorme veramente bene. In centro all'isola, quindi comoda per raggiungere I diversi punti. Il balcone ci ha regalato momenti di relax, da lì si intravedeva il mare.

Clean and comfortable stay in the perfect location
Pros:

The location is great- a little way out of the village so it's nice and quiet, but you can walk down to the cafes, bars and restaurants in 5 minutes. Very clean (and the room was cleaned each day) too.
We arrived a little early, but a quick phone call and someone arrived to give us the key.
AC worked well, WiFi mostly OK (occasional slowness).
The kitchen was well equipped enough to make some simple meals on a couple of evenings. Hot water had no problems. Lovely view from the balcony across to the sea.

Cons:

Nothing much- the balcony got full sun from mid afternoon onwards making it a bit too hot for me to sit out without any shade- if an umbrella was supplied it would be perfect!
