Pros:

Posizione ottima. Alloggio pulito e curato. Bel giardino interno

Cons:

Bagno un po' piccolino. Avrei preferito una camera che dava sul giardino

Fantastic 🏖️
Pros:

This is one of the best places I've stayed. We were a group of 9 people and the apartment is spacious with all needed facilities - hair dryers, shampoos and soaps, kitchen utensils (kettle, coffee maker etc).

Denis, the host, was extremely helpful, positive and responsive, whenever you need anything.
The rooms were clean, with air conditioning and a balcony to dry your clothes after you go to the beach.

The location is very central, which is convenient if you want to do to the beach, to eat, or take the bus.

I would visit again.

Cons:

There wasn't a shower head holder in the bathroom - which is not a deal breaker, but something to keep in mind.

I would recommend this accommodation any day. We were very happy to stay there.
Pros:

Our host was extremely helpful with very good advice. The location is excellent ... close to the beach, the port, the airport, the shops, very good restaurants, everything! We felt very at home and enjoyed our time together. Everything was spotlessly cleaned every day.

Cons:

Although we managed, a bathroom with separate bath and shower would help a lot and make it more comfortable.

Pros:

Clean rooms and an excellent location, with everything within walking distance in just a few minutes. Above all, the owner was extremely kind and helpful with any request. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it!

Pros:

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű szállás, egy extra kedves házigazdával, aki mindenben segített (eligazítás, étterem ajánlás, plusz felszerelések,...). Szobákat minden nap takarították. Nagyon kényelmes ágy, ahol végre nem fájdult meg a hátam attól, hogy puha, vagy ki van feküdve. Minden szuper volt.

Pros:

Great place to stay! The location is perfect, right in the center of town, with everything within walking distance. The owner is exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything you need.
The only downside is that the apartments are furnished with older furniture and could benefit from some modernization. However, the excellent location and the owner's hospitality more than make up for it.

Great location and Denis so helpful & friendly
Pros:

Loved the location, very easy for walking in & around town, easy walk to the town beach and the bus stop to all the other beaches. Great bakery 2 min walk for morning coffee & delicious pastries etc. Skiathos House has a lovely garden if you wanted to sit out and make your own breakfast also washing lines to hang your beach towels and costumes. Denis was also very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Ideally I wouldn’t pick a ground floor room on the street side. Would prefer to look out on the garden. The only other thing for me was I didn’t find the mattress very comfortable. It was a bit hard for me. But it wouldn’t stop me staying again.

Pros:

Mi è piaciuta la posizione della struttura che si trovava in centro però in una traversa quindi senza la confusione della via principale. Abbiamo noleggiato uno scooter e siamo riusciti a parcheggiare tranquillamente davanti alla struttura ogni giorno. Il top è stata la gentilezza, la cortesia, la disponibilità continua e totale del titolare della struttura. Denis una persona davvero squisita ci ha informati, guidati e coccolarti ogni giorno nella settimana in cui siamo stati a Skiathos. Lui mette a disposizione ombrelloni per il mare ed asciugamani per il mare. Inoltre è possibile stendere nel giardino costumi ed asciugamani lavati .Insomma una struttura molto pratica,pulita con una posizione davvero top ed un proprietario SUPER. Grazie ancora Denis

Ottima location per Skiathos
Pros:

Camera semplice ma adatta per una vacanza al mare. Struttura accogliente con un giardino in condivisione molto curato, ampio e con tavolini. Posizione eccezionale: vicinissima al mare e al centro città. Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Il box doccia un po' piccolo ma per una vacanza va benissimo.

A perfect place for a vacation in Skiathos
Pros:

I like the garden, the room was quite big and clean. It was very close to the port and restaurants. The manager was really nice and he recommended us really good restaurants. It was close to the beach and the street was quiet during the night.
