Amazing location, fair prices, super clean rooms every day.
Pros:

- Every day was clean room, the cleaning lady did really good job. Every day we received clean towels, we were shocked about it! :)
- Air conditionair saved us a lot of times, worked perfectly
- Free parking spot (we saw in Zakinthos it was always fully parked even on the roads)
- A lot of shops, restaurants, renting places very close
- Fair price
- Bathroom was seriously very good. Finally the quality of the shower was smooth!
- Very friendly owner
- The size of the room was also big, not a small tiny apartment
- Had a balcony, could dry our clothes easily
- In the restaurant was good price and good food always!

Cons:

- The wifi in the basement had sometimes just a little bit poor signal, however it worked 95%, but seriously, that was the only bad thing
- nothing else bad, all just good...

Pros:

We used this as a base to travel and see Zakynthos, and it was perfect. It has everything. Walking distance to all the nice restaurants. We loved Palatium and Halfway House and of course the On-site Restaurant. Fantastic service from staff!

I’m pleased with my stay at these apartments, however there were some downsides to it. Staying as a family with 2 small
Pros:

- good location, very central & close to the Zante fun train.
- clean, with fresh towels and linens daily
- nice sized wardrobe
- safe provided
- television provided
- free WiFi
- kettle & coffee machine

Cons:

- noise in the basement rooms
- not a lot of storage for a larger family
- WiFi was unreliable, but as it’s an included amenity on holiday this is not a deal breaker for me. Was annoying having to rejoin the network every time we came back in the evening to be able to utilise streaming services.

Locația centrală, ușor accesibilă, ai toate facilitățile în apropiere:rent a car, taverne, magazine, plajă în apropiere. Suita este spațioasă, cu finisaje de calitate, bine întreținută și confortabilă, zonă foarte liniștită cu parcare privată. Serviciul de curățenie impecabil, patul foarte comod.Proprietarii sunt deosebiți, au si o Taverna excelentă în incinta complexului, sunt respectuoși, foarte atenți la nevoile oaspeților, te fac sa te simți ca faci parte din familia lor. Am plecat cu un sentiment foarte placut.

Just perfect Would definitely stay again
Pros:

Excellent accommodation, cleaned every day & clean towels every day, comfy beds, brilliant shower, central to everything.

Cons:

Nothing really
Only thing I would say it could do with a few more coat hangers & hairdryer cable short so doesn’t quite reach but was impressed a dressing table with power point & mirror

Fabulous apartments in central Tsilivi
Pros:

Everything was perfect. Stayed previously 4 years ago & when we bagged some cheap flights, this was the only place we looked to stay at. Big thank you to Dennis the owner for his hospitality.

Lovely studios, spacious, comfortable and immaculately clean in a great location!
Pros:

Location was brilliant, really central with just a short stroll to everything as it’s just slightly set back tucked behind their taverna. It was immaculate and really well looked after. The lovely cleaning lady was there every day to say good morning and clean thoroughly then leave fresh towels. The studio is a great size and has really big comfy beds. The shower room is also spacious with a lovely big walk in shower and bog sink.

Cons:

There is no reception and we never saw or heard from the property owners during our stay. When we arrived it was the cleaning lady that showed us into our room. She didn’t have good English so couldn’t answer any questions we had. The apartment had a horrible smell most days that was like rotten drains in the shower room. There was a dog barking from the taverna every night until about 11.30pm guessing it’s the owners!

Very comfortable. Very clean and great location.
Pros:

The apartments were immaculate, exactly like the photographs. Very comfortable beds and great shower.

Cons:

Nothing with the apartment. Just didn't realise I would miss not having a pool, but the apartments were excellent.
