Si arriva in un parcheggio sterrato dove vi è un foglio A4 sbiadito che indica il posto riservato ma per accedere si va da una porta aperta dalle 7:30 fino alle 21:30 passando da un'altra struttura. Al di fuori di quell' orario bisogna fare un giro a piedi senza alcuna indicazione e passare tra due locali in un corridoio angusto e buio (la sera). La stanza non era pulita, il telecomando del condizionatore aveva le pile scariche ed abbiamo dovuto dormire come era impostato fino al mattino seguente. Il porta carta igienica rotto, l'acqua calda del lavandino in bagno non funzionante (solo fredda), porta sapone lavandino e doccia sporchi. La porta di ingresso ha uno spazio che si vede il corridoio e viceversa. Posacenere in balcone con sigarette degli avventori precedenti. Canale satellitare assente. Dotazione di un bollitore, due piatti, due bicchieri ed un asciugacapelli.

Il rapporto qualità/prezzo considerata la posizione. Struttura in linea con quello che si spende. Il gestore si è messo a disposizione per ogni nostra esigenza

Cons:

Gli orari di rifacimento stanze. Non si può pensare di rifare le stanze alle 14.30, magari la gente vuole riposare.

Το προσωπικό που ήταν ευχάριστο και πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει και η τοποθεσία (πολύ κοντά στη παραλία και στα μαγαζιά).

Το ξενοδοχείο χρήζει ανακαίνισης - παλιές πόρτες & παράθυρα χωρίς σίτες, χωρίς παντζούρια, στη κρεβατοκάμαρα (υπήρχε μόνο μία κουρτίνα συσκότισης)..ο φωτισμός στα δωμάτια το βράδυ ανεπαρκής..το μπάνιο πολύ μικρό χωρίς καν κουρτίνα (αν και υπήρχε βάση) με αποτέλεσμα όλο το νερό να βγαίνει απέξω.. στις φωτογραφίες φαινόταν ότι διέθετε pool bar (για καφέδες-μπύρες-σνακ κτλ) όμως δεν λειτουργούσε τπτ καθόσον (δεν είχαν ούτε καν ψυγείο και πάγο). Υπερεκτιμημένο για την τιμή των δωματίων (υπάρχουν στην ίδια τιμή πολύ καλύτερα καταλύματα)..Ζητήσαμε να δώσουμε προκαταβολή πριν πάμε και μας είπαν ότι δέχονται ΜΟΝΟ προεξόφληση όλες τις μέρες και φυσικά μετά δε δέχονταν αλλαγές.

Άνετη και ευχάριστη διαμονή, άμεση πρόσβαση στην παραλία και σε σημεία διασκέδασης

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, περπατώντας με το μαγιό μου 20 μέτρα μέσα στο σοκάκι βρισκόμουν στην φανταστική παραλία, της Περίσσας και το κέντρο των καφέ και των beach bars. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι ήσυχο, cosi, και διαθέτει ωραίο χώρο πισίνας.
Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό, εξυπηρετικό και η διαμονή μου συνολικά ήταν πολύ άνετη.
Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό, μύριζε ωραία, είχε ένα μπαλκόνι που έβλεπε στην πισίνα και ήταν ευχάριστο να περνώ χρόνο εκεί.
Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσω για το επόμενο ταξίδι μου.
