Un studio confortable et bien équipé, idéalement situé
Pros:

Situation idéale, accès sécurisé, studio vaste et bien équipé, excellente literie, cabine de douche bien hermétique et eau chaude OK. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Stores en lamelles non occultants, réveillés en même temps que le soleil et problématique pour l'intimité en rez de chaussée

Odadan böcek çıktı. Tesis çok kirliydi. Banyoda duş başlığında kıllar vardı. Temizlemeye çalıştık ama gitmedi. Yatak süngeri çok ince ve rahatsızdı.Yatak çarşafı yırtıktı. Apartman kapısı ve oda kapısı çok eskiydi ve güvenli değildi. Sitedeki görsellerle oda asla uyuşmuyordu.

Tesis oldukça pisti. Odadan böcek çıktı. Duş başlıkları kıllı ve pisti. Temizlemeye çalıştık ama gitmedi. Oda oldukça pisti. Yatak çarşafı yırtıktı. Yatak süngeri oldukça ince ve rahatsızdı.Bina girişinde kapısı direk açılıyordu. Oda kapıları eski ve güvenilir değildi. Parasını asla haketmeyen bir tesisti.

Nice relaxing spot close to town
Pros:

My partner and I had a nice stay here. The apartment is only a short 5 minute walk to town (up/down a small but steepish hill), situated close to the old town, a tram/bus stop, supermarkets as well as a water fountain. The apartment was clean, quite spacious and bright, making it comfortable to relax inside when we were done sight seeing for the day. The bed was comfortable enough but some springs could be felt. The bathroom was quite large and well equipped but you need to be tall to open the window for ventilation (only my partner could do this). The apartment came equipped with a basic but functional kitchenette, fine for cooking small simple meals and making a hot drink. Overall we had a nice and comfortable stay here.

Cons:

The door to our apartment was made of glass (only ours, not the others), so people could see in and out of the apartment. The glass door also let bright light from the hallway into the apartment – this was particularly a problem as the bedroom door did not shut properly. There was no exhaust fan for the kitchenette so we had to have the windows open during and after cooking. The blinds in the bedroom were not block out so it was always quite bright in the room, but this was manageable with an eye mask.

Good location in the old town once you get over the steep hill to get to the property

Pros:

We loved the location and how easy it was to walk to Barščarščija, it was nice and quiet residential neighborhood and it felt very "local". Would definitely recommend to a friend!

A little hard to find at first and walking up the hill but it was also not that big of a deal
