Overall just what we expected but less noise next time please!
Pros:

Great location and had all we needed with a good layout.

Cons:

Stag and hen do - awful noise first two nights and early morning. Suggest some control over this or whether you don’t take those bookings in future. Highly inconsiderate people.

Pros:

Location was great, rooms were comfortable, we were a family of 6 and never felt on top of eachother. Air con was a life saver in the heat. They have a lovely outdoor table area if you don’t have a room with a balcony which is great as you can hang out outside without being on the street. Staff were also lovely.

Cons:

There was a bit of wear and tear in the apartment but that’s to be expected, they can’t be renovating all the time. Everything was still clean.

非常滿意。地點、設備與服務都無可挑剔。
Pros:

週邊很多商家與餐廳，外食或自己煮都方便。走路就能到各大主要景點，100E機場快綫的最終站，不怕坐過頭。有電梯，有大客廳與廚房，有洗衣機與晾衣設備（要自備洗衣精），有陽台。採光良好、每個房間都有大衣櫃可以用。

Cons:

廚房缺了砧板，其他什麼都有。水質不佳。其中一間浴室門無法上鎖。

El apartamento genial! Centrico, bien situado. Tranquilo. Cerca de todo. Zona de retaurantes y copas en las inmediaiones. Transportes (metro, bus, tranvia, trolebus, y autouses aerouerto muy cerca).Amabilidad y presteza y diligencia del personal de 10. Totalmente recomendable K46 Residence.

Que no pudimos quedarnos más dias, jeje.
