Great apartment style hotel
Pros:

Kitchen, solid AC, comfortable bed, close enough to main interesting areas and a grocery. Quick response when I had questions about the WiFi, which was posted all over, but I didn’t look close enough.

Cons:

The kitchen was great, but a spatula and a cutting knife would be nice. I got by without, but those are just two small items. Maybe they were there and I didn’t notice. There were plenty of plates, pots, silverware, and a pan for cooking.

Es liegt sehr zentral

Cons:

Was man wissen sollte die Tiefgarage ist nicht direkt beim Hotel. Wir hatten ein Appartement in EG und jedes Mal wenn die Haustür geschlossen wurde war ich wieder wach. Vor der Haustür ist eine Stufe ohne Rampe. Wir wollten gegenüber zum Frühstück gehen, laut Hotelpersonal ab 7 Uhr geöffnet wir waren um 8.30 Uhr dort und es war noch geschlossen. Wir sind ohne Frühstück los.

Comfortable stay in an excellent location with friendly staff.
Pros:

The property is located in Europa Platz area which is well connected by local tram system. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. It is not that far from main train station Hbf either. Schlossberg mountain, Munster church, Rathaus, Altstadt are all close by. The staff are friendly. Ms. Katya welcomed us when we arrived. The room is equipped with a full kitchen. We needed some help and someone showed up within a few minutes. There is a laundry in the basement and we were happy to use it after being several days on the road. I am very happy with this place.

Cons:

The main complaint is the bed is too soft and in Apartment 405, the placement of the bed was such that getting in or out for the second person on the bed is a bit complex, you have to climb over the other person. The apartment building could do some better upkeep. Our unit was okay but the overall look and feel was a bit rundown. However i do not want future travelers to take it as a strong negative. The positives far outweigh this little glitch.
