Guests arriving by car can contact the property in advance. The property will provide parking suggestions in the area as well as directions to the property. Public parking is available in the surrounding area for a fee.

Please note that the entrance of the property is at the street corner Friedrichring 11/ Röderstraße.

Pets are allowed for an extra fee of EUR 15 per pet per day, this fee needs to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Please note that guests arriving by car need to purchase an environmental badge ('Umweltplakette') in advance due to the property's location within the low-emission zone of Freiburg.

El apartamento es muy tranquilo y aunque está a pié de la calle, está muy bien aislado en cuanto a ruidos. En cuanto al personal, nos atendió Katya que tubo mucho interés para que nos entendiéramos, ya que no sabíamos alemán ni inglés.

Immaculately clean studio apartment in a great location!
Pros:

Location was ideal, within a few minutes' walk of train station and close to all the shops and places of interest. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Studio was lovely and clean.

Cons:

The pillows! Bed was very comfortable but the huge, squishy pillows gave us a sore neck and we didn't have a good night's sleep. We asked for replacements but got two more of the same.

Ideal location
Pros:

Perfect location across the road from main shopping area.
Apartment was very clean, large, bright and airy. Lots of cutlery, plates ect. Staff very friendly and extremely helpful.

Cons:

Only negative is there is a window (high up) between bedroom and bathroom. If anyone puts bathroom light on in the night, it lights up the bedroom.
This won’t stop us staying again though.

Zentrale Lage, 8 Gehminuten zum Münsterplatz.
Sauberes, klimatisiertes Appartement mit Aufzug.
Sehr netter Vor-Ort-Service mit Rezeption.

Cons:

Kein Staubsauger im Appartement, ansonsten alles tip-top

Cons:

4pm check in a bit late.
no air con in bedrooms and couldn't find any instructions for air con or dishwasher
church bells ringing through the night (due to location)
