Stop researching and just stay here.
Pros:

One of the nicest places I've ever stayed. 20 year business traveler, 2 year international nomad. The bed was incredible. The large bath towels and extreme water pressure were great. Large living area. Cold air conditioning. Friendly staff. Perfect location. Zero complaints.

Cons:

This place was so nice, my largest complaint is the lack of a cutting board.

Pros:

Perfekt beliggenhet, veldig sentralt, kort vei til både strand, gamleby og sentrusgater. Fin og lys leilighet i fint, historisk hus i hyggelig gate. Gijon by var også en veldig positiv overraskelse, flott ferieby.

Cons:

La mampara de la ducha no estaba bien, hay q arreglarla, y no disponía de sarten para cocinar. También faltaba secador pero lo solicité y me lo dejaron sin problema

Comfort and style by the beach
Pros:

The suite was very spacious with huge sofa, an armchair, table and chairs, kitchenette, and enormous bed. Big TV with Netflix, Apple TV and others. Two air conditioning units and big windows, and a lift. Quiet location off main streets, minutes to San Lorenzo beach, bars and shopping.

Cons:

Not keen on open style bathroom, even though it looked good. Since we were minutes from the main beach, it would have been good if we could have rented or borrowed beach chairs or beach towels to use during our stay.

De apariencia lujosa, pero con detalles pobres

3. Hermosa decoración,
4. Luz natural,

Cons:

1.Sin visillos y con ventanas enfrente muy cerca.
2. A/acondicionado programado para apagarse a los 6 minutos.
3. Demasiado calor e humedad.
Sábana bajera de plástico que aumentaba esas sensaciones.
4. Sin armario para la ropa.
5. Cocina poco equipada, sin ninguna pieza textil y con útiles de limpieza de origen incierto.
6. Tras tres días de estancia, el cambio de toallas solo posible pagando un extra.
7. Cisterna que se atasca, papel higiénico escaso y de muy baja calidad.
