Está apartado de todo por lo que no escuchas muchos ruidos. Tiene una pequeña nevera y un calentador de agua.
Nuestra experiencia fue bastante decepcionante. El alojamiento está muy apartado de todo, por lo que es imprescindible disponer de vehículo para cualquier desplazamiento. Además, cuenta con muy poco espacio de aparcamiento y se encuentra junto a una carretera rural, lo que no resulta especialmente cómodo.
La piscina que aparecía anunciada estaba vacía durante nuestra estancia, por lo que no pudimos disfrutar de una de las instalaciones que nos hicieron elegir este alojamiento.
Llegamos antes de la hora del check-in y, al estar muy cansadas, aceptamos entrar antes a cambio de una habitación más pequeña. Sin embargo, para dos personas la habitación resulta excesivamente reducida, especialmente si se viaja con maletas.
Tampoco hay una recepción física donde poder gestionar cualquier incidencia. Para que te sirvan el desayuno debes llamar cada mañana desde tu propio teléfono; si no lo haces, no te lo llevan. Esto puede ser un problema si no dispones de datos móviles o de llamadas, y es algo que debería explicarse claramente desde el primer momento.
En general, creemos que la descripción del alojamiento y de sus servicios debería ser más transparente para que los huéspedes sepan exactamente qué pueden esperar antes de reservar.
The room is very large and the bathroom is amazing. The pool is great and has a nice view of the water too (I recommend watching the sunrise). Room was clean. Breakfast was okay but I’ve had much better. The location was okay.
I wish there was more information upfront rather than having to reach out and ask questions, for example sole about what time and where breakfast is, or the fact the key is used for electricity - they responded quickly to my questions but would make more sense to be told this straight up.
I also wish that there was drinking water provided somewhere (not even provided at breakfast) considering you can’t drink tap water there.
I was told breakfast would be 8:30-10:30 but it was almost 8:50am by the time my order was taken and almost 9am by the time I got my tray of food. I think it would make more sense for it to be a buffet or when my ‘order is taken’ to ask me what I want because I did not need 8 pieces of bread.
It is a 20 minute (mostly uphill) walk into the town and to the bus stop. The bus stop can take you to Oia, the port, the airport and more.
Everything!! It was so clean, sunny, breezy, and very peaceful. The pool was so nice to cool off after a long day of hiking and touring the town. The owners were very accommodating and nice. The breakfast was decent as well.

Very good accomodation and a modern building with local style also they provide us with local online delivery system direct to our room (that's a first for us outside of big cities) , perfect for couples and very good breakfast , definitely recommended , perfect if you wish to support local people and feel the 'real Santorini' besides the social media side of the island , we will come back for sure!!

The balcony with the pool is very nice and you have a lot of privacy if you wish to relax , i cannot understand some reviews about the surrounding area , if you wish to be private and quiet you should choose White Element for sure

Super atenciosos, café da manhã charmoso servido na piscina, quarto com secador de cabelo potente e cama grande, a localização é boa, é possível ir a pé para Fira e vir do aeroporto com o ônibus parando em Karterados

We booked the deluxe double room and they upgraded us to the room with the jacuzzi for free as it was available the night we stayed , also they gave us a small wine as a gift to our check out , 100% we will return back again!!

The location is over rated and over promoted by the page pictures.
My sejour included the breakfast and after 2 days I asked why I am not notified for the breakfast and I got a strange reply from the lady managing the place there that I did not ask for the breakfast. No signs no information no message were received to let me know the timetable, place, and how to request the breakfast as it was supposed to be offered to me by the owner/the lady because is paid with the price.
I never had such service anywhere even for 2 stars hotels/apartments.
The open jacouzi is just a model and no hot water not even working well ... it is only to sit take a picture and that's it. Is kind of 1×1 meter cold water pool and no private as anyone passing by can see you and one room next to that one has the window to that fake jacouzi. Don't be fooled by the pictures.
They do not change the towels and bed covers daily!
The bathroom smells a lot once opening the sink water and even the tap of the sink if on its place the water does not leak away easily! I was in room number 1.

Το πρωινό ηταν ψωμιά με λίγο τυρι και λίγο ζαμπόν και μαρμελάδα. Δηλαδη αν έχεις δυσανεξία στη λακτόζη και στη γλουτενη, δεν έχεις επιλογες.
Μας άρεσε που είχαμε το parking μπροστά στο καταλυμμα και η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη για να παραλάβουμε το κλειδί.
Το δωμάτιο ήταν μικρο, η καθαριότητα ανύπαρκτη ,το πρωινό δεν είχε καμία σχέση με αυτό που δείχνει η φωτογραφία.
L’emplacement près de Fira est très pratique et central… route très calme.

Notre chambre (no. 8) n’avait pas de fenêtre et sentait le moisi …
Nous n’avons vu absolument personne pendant les 2 jours !
