The staff were very kind and helpful, but unfortunately the hotel was not clean at all. There were insects on the bed, which made our stay very uncomfortable.
Amazing place to stay, I stayed here for over a month! The staff there were so friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Location is great as it's in walking distance to a lot of popular spots in Canggu. Having use of a kitchen is a great touch. Mini mart, circle K, and indomaret all in walking distance. Not noisy at all, no construction noise around
I wish there was a mini fridge in the rooms but not a huge deal since there is a shared fridge in the kitchen area

The location was the only thing I liked about this property
I requested for late check out, but they said it’s fully booked today and it’s subject to availability, which I understand as I have worked in hospitality. Free check out is until 12:30 max, I got a call at 12:30 asking to leave the room, I asked for 5 minutes only and instead of letting me check out quickly he kept speaking on the call and wasting time, he was not polite, he asked me to leave at 12:35 threatening me basically, i don’t like being rude to anyone but i had to call this out to the receptionist that this is not the way you talk to guests

Great location but still far away from the business on the streets, so really peaceful. Lovely pool as well.
When staying in the garden suites you don’t get a lot of natural sunlight so it is quite dark. Also the wifi connection sadly was really bad in the room I was staying in.
the villa was simple but stunning. the layout was beautiful and the view from the small pool was amazing. its simple but very comfortable.

Only about 200m from the main road , down a quiet lane. The infinity pool overlooking a rice paddy field. The staff were very helpful. Bonus there was a lovely coffee shop opposite the hotel. Highly recommend staying if you want a quiet no frills stay.
Nothing to dislike. Great peaceful place to stay.
