Cons:

200 метров от моря первая линия а море только с террассы прекрасно потому как купаться в нем нельзя очень мелко и это на метров 500 а еще грязь и тина вечером идет зловоние , кровать в апартаментах тоже неудобная низкая и небольшая за 10 дней проживания несколько раз отключалась вода

Camera molto ampia. Colazione non molto varia ma buona

Cons:

La spa è piccola in confronto alle foto, l’acqua era gialla. Fuori stagione c’è puzza di fogna fuori dall’hotel. Dista un 10 minuti dal centro in macchina. Staff parla poco inglese.

Pros:

Sehr dicht am Wasser gelegen. Zwischen Hotel und Strand ist aber eine Straße. Es gibt im Appartement einen großen Kühlschrank.

Cons:

Es stinkt von draußen (vorallem abends, aber dafür können sie ja auch nicht viel). Wir haben eine Tour gemacht, wollten unseren Koffer nicht mit nehmen. Um den Koffer dazu lassen wollten der eine 1000 Tenge von uns haben. Das klang sehr ausgedacht! Es gab in dem Zimmer kein warmes Wasser. Er meinte dazu, man müsste es 5 min warm laufen lassen. Wir hatten es aber deutlich länger als 5 min an und es kam trotzdem kein warmes Wasser heraus.

Sie verlangen eine Deposit von 10 000 Tenge in Cash! Es gibt keine extra Handtücher im Spa/Pool Bereich!

Great spot to relax
Pros:

The apartment was the perfect place to relax and do laundry after a tour of the desert. Very comfortable and well stocked, and the reception team was very helpful. Breakfast and the restaurant downstairs were very convenient. The location is an easy taxi-ride away from the main part of the city but we appreciated this - the coastal area was more relaxing and chill than the center city.

Toller Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Hotel war ausgesprochen sauber und hatte sehr freundliches Personal. Besonders gut hat uns das Frühstück gefallen. Es war ausreichend, abwechslungsreich und es gab auch frische Blini, somit auch für Vegetarier geeignet.

Good, clean and the staff are helpful. I hope they do something to maintain the beauty around the hotel and not pollutin

The Staff is helpful, location is good.

Cons:

There is a bad smell around the hotel (sewage water, etc). The area around it needs maintenance to preserve the beach from getting polluted by the sewage from the nearby accommodations.

The massage was fantastic. The breakfast was delicious and plantiful. The apartment was very clean.

Cons:

The description is misleading: the hotel has a sauna and pool, not the apartment itself. In the description it says there are two bedrooms in the apartment, but there was only one bedroom and a living room with a bed. The kitchen is incompete, there were just a few equipments.
