Bathroom door lock is not working and window lock isnot working i contacted the manager no reply we asking for help at the chk out no one came so we took our bags and left like we didnt came in the first place

With the mountains in the back and the sea in the front it is an excellent location
we couldn't fully look the place, but it still felt safe
The front office desk manager unpolite and kick customer out creating his own rules refused to check me inn after full payment and all long way and was very rude to us.

This place has nice rooms and a very good pool. Relative to the camps, it's a nice facility for families. Mahmoud was a great host.
The main problem with this place is that it's located in a strip of the beach that is not great. You have to go somewhere else each day.
