Pros:

The location. And the host is nice

Cons:

The room is old and feels not clean. Also it was hot even with both fans running because no AC. The worst is we both were bitten badly by some kind of bugs or mosquitoes with only one night stay.

Un soggiorno stupendo a Maui
Pros:

Appartamento bellissimo come dalle foto, siamo stati a giugno e il tempo era perfetto, molto arieggiato grazie alle finestre su due lati della casa. Non era necessario il condizionatore e comunque sono presenti dei ventilatori.
Era presente tutto il necessario sia in cucina e anche gli accessori per la spiaggia. Comodissimo anche il parcheggio sotto casa. Il proprietario disponibilissimo per qualsiasi cosa.

Cons:

Nessuna cosa che non ci è piaciuta.

Pros:

Very nice location with access to activities and beaches.

Cons:

We didn't realize there was no air conditioning when we booked the property. It turned out cool enough to sleep at night but this could have been made more obvious on the listing.

Výborná lokalita, nekvalitní postel
Pros:

Ubytování jsme zarezervovali kvůli lokalitě - v bezprostřední blízkosti cesty do Hany. Pan Stefan byl velice vstřícný, k dispozici byl sáček kávy na snídani. Ubytování během našeho pobytu využívali především surfaři.

Cons:

V místnosti byl po otevření dveří zápach (možná z dezinfekce), který se nám nepodařilo přes celou noc vyvětrat. Postel byla značně proležená.

Great value and excellent location for sightseeing on the Hana Road. Loved how close it was to Paia.
Pros:

Lots of towels. Matches the write up exactly. I love it when a host tells you honestly what you’re going to get.
Had some homie touches. A well appointed kitchen.
Easy to understand driving instructions and a nice location.

Cons:

It was hot without air-conditioning, but we knew that because it was in the write up. We were able to cool it down with the fans provided, so that evenings and nights were much cooler.

Das Appartment ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist ruhig und sehr gut gelegen für die Road to Hana und den Haleakala Summit.

Pros:

Wir sind hier mit dem Mietwagen angekommen und hatten einen Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Die Wohneinheit lag in der ersten Etage (ohne Aufzug); alles war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Aussicht war schön und morgens sind wir durch das Krähen der Hähne aufgeweckt worden. Die Wohnung lag insgesamt recht ruhig.

Cons:

Nur eine klitzekleine Anmerkung: Eine Schere oder kleine Haushaltshilfen wie z.B. Backpapier wären schön gewesen und sollten in keiner Küche fehlen... Ansonsten war alles gut!

Outdoor cooking look great, but it poured every night so we didn’t use it.
Location good for getting around the island.

Cons:

We came in at midnight, in the rain so the directions didn’t really make sense till the next day.
We used the overhead fans and they were fine for us.

Cumpriu com o objetivo.
Pros:

Ótima localização com vizinhança silenciosa, o problema são os vizinhos de quarto mal educados. Ótimo atendimento do proprietário Stefano, sempre rápido nas respostas e solicito. Quarto espaçoso, sem ar condicionado mas deixando as janelas abertas, ventila bem e fica fresco. Colchão da cama já demonstra o uso excessivo, está fundo no centro. Estacionamento gratuito de fácil acesso.

Cons:

O ponto negativo fica para a questão da limpeza, o hóspede tem que deixar as louças limpas e retirar o lixo mas tem que pagar US$ 120.00 para a faxineira somente passar aspirador e trocar os lençóis e roupa de banho. Muito dinheiro para pouco serviço.
