Pros:

Местоположение отличное, близко океан (но пляж не для купания). Атмосфера в отеле дружественная, мы быстро подружились с соседями. Также персонал очень приятный и отзывчивый, уборка в номере ежедневная. Мы будем скучать по Доди и Винду!

Cons:

Стройка вокруг, отель не виноват, но было шумновато.
Номеру не хватает косметического ремонта и уюта (возможно каких-то элементов декора) за такую цену.

Correct mais pas au niveau du rapport qualité-prix
Pros:

La chambre est spacieuse
Le lit est grand
Le personnel est gentil mais très mou
Il y a un bureau dans la chambre un vrai.

Cons:

Pas bcp d'isolation phonique,on entend tout les bruits des voisins, de la jungle aussi.
La nuit il y a des rats qui viennent courir derrière le plafond,on les entends courir et c'est pas très exotique,sans parler du rapport a l'hygiène...
On fini par en faire abstraction mais ils sont là.
Il n'y a pas assez de prises électriques

Pros:

The Ume is a beautiful place. You can stay short term but also long term and make friends with the people living there for longer. The room is spacious and the pool offers a cool down when the temperatures are too high. The place also offers a kitchen as well as a terrace. You can easily rent a scooter with them and reach all nice cafes and activities around. The beach is very close to go for a walk to see the sun set.
I recommend the accommodation and would book it again ;-)

I had to leave early due to mold, unreliable facilities, and unprofessional behavior from staff.
Pros:

Nice view of the ocean and surrounding area.

Cons:

During my stay there were several serious issues. The room had visible mold and a strong smell which made it uncomfortable to sleep there, and some of my clothes and shoes were damaged by mold. There were frequent power blackouts, very weak WiFi, and the TV never worked properly.

I also requested that cleaners not enter my room when I was not present, but this request was ignored. Additionally, a staff member followed me on Instagram during my stay and repeatedly commented on my appearance, which made me uncomfortable as a woman traveling alone.

Because of these issues I had to leave early and stayed at friends’ houses instead of the room I paid for.

Super ruhiges Hotel und weit vom Lärm entfernt
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist in einer Sackgasse und weit vom lärm und Roller Geräusche etc. entfernt.

Wer allerdings nach Canguu möchte sollte 35 Minuten einplanen. Die Zimmer sind super, sehr sauber, modern und das Bett ist sehr bequem.

it was nice, but I don’t think I’d come again
Pros:

very clean, stuff is kind and helpful, beautiful view in the garden

Cons:

very far from canggu (25 min away), the construction is right over the wall so every morning at 8am you’ll hear the sounds of drill and hammer, on of the guys was always knocking my door and asking for cleaning even he knew I’m sleeping this time, there is no “don’t disturb” tag here
