Ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einer sehr guten Unterkunft

Cons:

In vollausgestatteter Küche gibt es 2 Kochplatten, deren Gradzahl schlecht lesbar ist und die Einstellung ist nicht beschrieben. Am Anfang dauerte es 20 Min, bis 1 Platte heiß wurde.Es gibt Hinweis auf Pflicht zur Einschaltung von Dunstabzug, es fehlt aber ein Abzugsgerät. Es gibt ein Telefon mit vielen Knöpfen, das nicht bedienbar ist ,wenn’s klingelt. Es fehlt eine Bedienungsanleitung.
Die Wanduhr stand tagelang auf 8 Uhr, meiner Bitte auf Batteriewechsel kam man aber nach.
Im Badspiegelschrank war von 2 Leuchten eine durchgebrannt.
Der kleine Balkontisch war sehr wackelig, man konnte nicht daran essen , selbst das Weinglas am Abend fiel um.
Der hohe Preis für eine 5 kg Hundchen betrug 20 € täglich, er wurde damit begründet, dass täglich gesaugt werde, im Buchungsangebot standen 18 €.

Pros:

Tolle zentrale Lage in Ellmau. Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt und Service vor Ort. Das Appartement war sehr geräumig und wir hatten eine tolle Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge. Für einen Aufpreis wurde sogar nur für uns ein kleines, aber völlig ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffet angeboten. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, der unsere Erwartungen übertroffen hat, wir kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, sehr schöne und saubere Zimmer, Küche im Appartement sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal.

Cons:

Es könnte mehr Parkplätze beim Hotel geben, aber grundsätzlich wird man auch rund um das Hotel schnell fündig.

Empfehlenswert, immer wieder gerne nutzen.
Pros:

Lage des Hotels, zu Fuß waren alle sonstigen Einrichtungen in Ellmau gut zu erreichen.
Brötchenservice für Frühstück, gute Auswahl und gute Qualität.
Appartment Größe und Ausstattung. Service allgemein positiv.

Pros:

Das Appartment war sehr großzügig und gemütlich. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und durch die Nähe zum Supermarkt konnten wir auch abends mal kochen. Den Saunabereich haben wir ebenfalls ausgenutzt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Cons:

Alles war top.

In orde maar niet top. Mooie sauna. Veel geluidsoverlast van de buren (bij sneeuwval).
Pros:

Makkelijk te bereiken vanaf de snelweg. Op loopafstand van de restaurants in Ellmau. Zeer prettige en schone saunaruimte in de kelder. Helaas ook te gebruiken door schreeuwende Engelse kids onder de 10 jaar.

Cons:

Bij nachtelijke sneeuwval (in ons geval 5 van de 7 nachten) wordt bij het aangrenzende gebouw de hele nacht met een bulldozer sneeuw geschoven/geruimd, met alle lawaai van dien. Let dus op! Dit gaat ten koste van de nachtrust.
Er zijn (te) weinig parkeerplaatsen bij het hotel; het alternatief is betaald parkeren aan de zijkant.
De skiruimte is mooi maar komt capaciteit tekort: meerdere malen aan einde skidag geen ruimte om skischoenen te drogen te hangen.
Let er ook op dat achteraf ruim €100 aan schoonmaakkosten wordt gefactureerd, zonder dat dat ergens staat vermeld.
Van het personeel hoorden we weinig totdat de rekening moest worden betaald.

Heerlijk verblijf, alles prima in orde hier.
Pros:

We voelden ons erg welkom in het hotel, leuke inrichting en super attent en vriendelijk personeel. Het voelde als thuiskomen. Lekker dicht bij de supermarkt en de skibus. Heerlijk bed. Skigebied voor ieder wat te bieden en in het mooie dorpje ook alles op loopafstand. Een aanrader voor de wintersport.
