Pros:

Location perfetta: ampia, nel verde, vista mare.
Parcheggio disponibile, accoglienza eccellente da parte dei proprietari/gestori.
La presenza dei gatti e di un cagnolino completano positivamente il quadro, sono puliti e addomesticati, dei coccoloni.
Letto molto comodo.

Tolle Villa in ruhiger Lage
Pros:

Die Lage am Hügel perfekt. Sehr ruhig und grün. Supermarket ist 200 m entfernt unten auf der Strasse. Der gepflegte Garten ist einfach bezaubernd, wir haben unsere Abende sehr genossen. WLAN und Klimaanlage haben gut funktioniert, die Matratzen sind komfortabel, die Ausstattung komplett ausreichend.
Babis ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, immer hilfsbereit (mit Tips fürs Restaurant, zB)

Nice apartment. Balcony with beautiful view. Clean, spacious. Very kind host. Close to Skiathos city, main beaches, restaurants, bus stop. On site parking. You can borrow beach umbrella for free. You can arrange transfer to/from airport with host.

Άνετη και ευχάριστη διαμονή με εξαιρετική φιλοξενία και όμορφη θέα.
Pros:

Πολύ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί ο ιδιοκτήτης και το προσωπικό. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή, κοντά σε όμορφες παραλίες, ήσυχα και με ωραία θέα. Μας παρείχαν επιπλέον πετσέτες για το μωρό και ανταποκρίθηκαν πρόθυμα στο αίτημά μας για νωρίτερο check-in και αργότερο check-out, διευκολύνοντας σημαντικά τη διαμονή μας.

Cons:

Η πρόσβαση στο κατάλυμα θα μπορούσε να βελτιωθεί, καθώς ο δρόμος είναι αρκετά δύσβατος. Επιπλέον, σε κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχουν μελίσσια, με αποτέλεσμα να παρατηρείται μεγάλος αριθμός μελισσών στον κήπο. Κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας δέχθηκα τσίμπημα από μία μέλισσα. Η κουζίνα είναι σχετικά μικρή και δεν διαθέτει επαρκή πάγκο για την προετοιμασία γευμάτων. Τέλος, υπήρχαν ορισμένες μικρές λεπτομέρειες στην καθαριότητα που θα μπορούσαν να τύχουν μεγαλύτερης προσοχής.

Ottima pozione della struttura per raggiungere le spiagge . Il nostro alloggio era dotato di una bellissima terrazza, all'interno avevamo tutti i comfort, aria condizionata, cucinotto attrezzato , un bel bagno con doccia e un buon materasso. Alloggio sempre pulito e cambio biancheria sempre molto gradito. Babis il proprietario , è sempre gentile e disponibile a dispensare consigli; e si prende molta cura del suo bellissimo giardino , ricco di fiori. Come spiagge da vedere assolutamente Asilinos, Mandraki beach e anche Banana Beach. Vi consiglio di andare almeno una volta al ristorante Koupi, che si trova poco distante da Villa Kavourakia; posto incantevole e cucina eccellente. Noi avevamo noleggiato un'auto , magari necessaria per raggiungere alcune spiagge raggiungibili tramite strade sterrate ma ben percorribili. Altrimenti c'è un buon servizio autobus che ti permette di visitare tutte le spiagge che si trovano lungo la strada principale.
