Posizione, vista e struttura nuova!

Il posto è meraviglioso, ha una vista eccezionale, lontano dal caos, ma vicino a tutti i servizi e il propietario gentilissimo, pronto a dare consigli e aiutare.

Posizione ottimale per raggiungere in 10/15 min sia il centro città, sia le spiagge più turistiche dell’isola. Posizione immersa nella natura, quindi molto tranquilla sopratutto la notte. La struttura non è modernissima, sopratutto l’angolo cottura, però è tutto presente e funzionale. Host disponibile ad accoglierci per il check-in anticipatamente e disponibile altrettanto per il check-out, permettendoci di usufruire di una doccia post spiaggia, siccome il check-out è entro le 11 ma noi avevamo il volo di rientro solo nel pomeriggio.

The property is up an unmade track and you arrive to beautiful gardens and some friendly cats. The view from the apartment was fabulous. It’s fairly basic, but had all you need and the cleaner came in daily.
Babis kindly picked us up from the bus as it would have been hard work with our wheelie bags. He was helpful and friendly and happy to provide information. I would happily stay again. We decided that the nearby beach was in fact our preferred and no bus required. A perfect spot to unwind and chill! Easy access to Skiathos Town and boat trips and would also recommend Skiathos Horse Riding Centre.

Πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία μέσα στο βουνό και την φύση. Είχαμε όλα όσα χρειαζόμαστε. Ευχάριστη διαμονή

Ωραίος μοντέρνος και καθαρός χώρος, πολύ ωραία αυλή με άνετο πάρκινγκ. Ο οικοδεσπότης ευγενέστατος και μας έδωσε χρήσιμες πληροφορίες για το νησί.

Άριστη τοποθεσία, μέσα στο καταπράσινο δάσος της Σκιάθου. Ο κήπος γεμάτος λουλούδια, ο οικοδεσπότης φιλόξενος και πολύ εξυπηρετικός!
Το κατάλυμα διαθέτει ομπρέλα και καρέκλες για την παραλία και δεν χρειάστηκε να ενοικιάζουμε κάθε φορά που πηγαίναμε παραλία.

The property has beautiful gardens. There are lovely flowers & fruit trees everywhere. There is also plenty of outdoor seating. Our accommodations were comfortable and we had a lot provided for us during our stay. The view from our room was stunning. The owner is welcoming, friendly and attentive.

L'appartamento è un piccolo paradiso: immerso nel verde, con il solo rumore delle cicale ed il mare sullo sfondo.
Appartamento perfetto per 2 persone con cucina piccola ma con tutto il necessario.
Bagno con doccia molto spaziosa. Camera da letto grande e letto comodissimo. A completare l'appartamento 2 piccoli terrazzini dove poter fare colazione / consumare i pasti.

A presidiare la struttura, il proprietario sig. Babis, persona premurosa, cordiale che non ci ha mai fatto mancare nulla.

Pulizia impeccabile con addirittura 2 cambi di lenzuola e asciugamani in una settimana.

La struttura si trova tra la fermata 13 e la 14 del Beach Bus ed è sopra una salita di circa 2/300 metri (fattibilissima a piedi, altrettanto con qualunque mezzo di trasporto)

Views from the property are wonderful - both of the sea and the countryside. Easy walk to beach & restaurants- the owner is a great host - clear communication and easy willing to do all he can to make my stay comfortable and welcoming

Un luogo autentico per vivere Skiathos lontano dal caos turistico

Deci, mi-a plăcut mai multe aspecte dar cele mai importante sunt: priveliștea excepțională,ospitalitatea și liniștea din jur. Este bine asigurat cu toate facilitățile necesare pentru un confort excelent. Împreună cu familia am reușit să creăm amintiri frumoase. Sunt multe lucruri bune de adăugat dar cel mai bine este să veniți și să vă convingeți de cele expuse mai sus. Un mare mulțumesc domnului Babis și la noi revederi. Recomand cu mare încredere Villa Kavourakia.
