Pros:

Schitterend gelegen vakantieparkje met een prachtig zwembad. Door een slimme indeling van het complex heb je veel privacy. Prima parkeergelegenheid. Mooi appartement met balkon met uitzicht op zee. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk.

Cons:

De wegen rondom het park worden in het weekend bevolkt door motorrijders die nogal luidruchtig kunnen zijn.

Ny favorit på Gargano halvön…
Pros:

Fräscha, rena lägenheter, tysta och välskötta omgivningar, fantastisk polområde. På bara 3 minuter når en av de bästa stränderna i området. Det är bara att parkera och gå ner för en bred trappa och dyka i det turkosa vattnet. Mattinata byn (10 km borta) med sin ökända restaurangtrappa, erbjuder flera mysiga lokaler att spendera kvällarna på. Maten i området är fenomenal, enkel, fräsch och med spännande kombinationer. Detta var en fulländad semestervecka i en av Italiens bästa regioner. Tänk bara på att vara bilburen under din vistelse här, kör försiktigt i kurvorna och du kommer inte att vilja lämna denna underbara plats.

A faire et refaire.
Pros:

Les hôtes étaient top, la sortie bateau avec Michele nous a beaucoup plu. L’environnement, les jardins, la piscine et la superbe vue. Et aussi le breakfast, très bon moment.

Oasi di pace con vista mare stupenda, curata nei minimi dettagli. Pulita, ampia e accogliente. I proprietari sono molto disponibili e gentili. Ottima colazione con prodotti locali. Ci torneremo di sicuro.

Appartement bien équipé et charmant. Environnement magnifiquement aménagé et végétation luxuriante.
Piscine superbe avec vue panoramique sur la mer et les montagnes d'oliviers.
Personnel discret et à l'écoute.
Parking privatif à disposition et sécurisé.

L'obligation d'utiliser la voiture car pas d'accès en marchant aux différents sites et commerces.

Tolle Anlage mit Aussicht, hoch gelegem über einem Tal voller Olivenbäume, netter Besitzer und nettes, hilfsbereites Personal, sehr gut ausgestattete Appartmemts, erstklassiger Pool. Wir fühlten uns wie im Paradies...

Cons:

Nichts wofür die Residence etwas könnte (am Wochenende viele laute Motoräder auf der schönen Küstenstraße, stundenlanges Hundegebell im Tal).

Rundum zufrieden und begeistert
Pros:

Die Apartments sind sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.An allen Fenstern sind Fliegengitter.
Die Anlage an sich ist extrem gepflegt und sehr schön.
Das optionale Frühstück ( 15p.P.) ist sehr frisch,von sehr hoher Qualität und reichlich. Und auf der Terrasse mit diesem tollen Frühstück den Tag zu starten ist einfach großartig.
Der Pool ist gigantisch.
Jeder Zeit gerne wieder.

Una oasi di pace nelle campagne di mattina.
Ambienti pulitissimi, curati in ogni minimo dettaglio,
Michele il proprietario, insieme alla sua famiglia sono di una disponibilità eccellente.
Siamo stati a Montelci nel ponte del due di giugno, con la promessa di ritornarci ancora.

Viihtyisä oleskelu kauniissa paikassa vuoren rinteellä. Isäntä oli puhelias ja keskustelua riitti.
Pros:

Aamiainen oli erinomainen. Isäntä tarjoili myös oman tilansa tuotteita. Isäntä antoi meille patikointivihjeitä. Näköalat merelle, oliivipuutarhaan ja vuoristoon olivat hienot.

Pros:

Sehr gepflegte Anlage mit grandiosem Ausblick auf Olivenbäume und das Meer. Sehr schöner Pool und ein super freundliches Besitzer-Ehepaar. Jeden Morgen genossen wir das leckere, vom Besitzer zubereitete Frühstück, begleitet von entspannter Musik, auch von seiner Band eingespielten Coverversionen (ich dachte, ich höre Paolo Conte).
Mattinella-Beach erreicht man direkt von der Anlage auf etwas verschlungenen Wegen nach ca. 15 Gehminuten; Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Cafés/Bars findet man im netten Städtchen Mattinata mit dem Auto nach ca. 10 Minuten.

Una perla da scoprire! Consigliatissimo!
Pros:

Il posto è davvero bellissimo, ben curato e pulito. Offre vista panoramica sulla baia di Mattinatella e possibilità di fare colazione vista mare (anche con opzioni senza glutine, fatto assolutamente non scontato!). I servizi non mancano: oltre a una piscina ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti, all'interno del residence troverete anche un area giochi esterna per i più piccoli. Michele, il proprietario, è stato gentilissimo e disponibile oltre ogni aspettativa, la sua accoglienza è certamente il valore aggiunto di un posto di per sè "fortunatissimo". Assolutamente consigliato per chi vuole vivere il Gargano in modo autentico e comfortevole.
