l'horreur à tous niveaux...

Nous avons été victime d'une autoroute bloquée par un accident et sommes restés plusieurs heures à l'arrêt.Nous avons essayé de prévenir par téléphone au nr indiqué sur notre réservation sans succès. Nous sommes alors arrivés de nuit et n'avons jamais pu prendre possession de notre logement qui avait été payé à l'avance. Après avoir été trouver le vigile de garde et un responsable du ressort prévenu par le vigile, il nous a été expliqué que "Booking" avait quelques logements et qu'il fallait se rendre à la réception aux heures d'ouverture le lendemain matin....Conclusion , nous avons du chercher un hôtel encore ouvert en pleine nuit.Très mécontents, nous déconseillons fortement ce ressort!!!
