Unprofessionell – nie wieder.
Pros:

Gute Lage mit Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Küchenzeile ist einfach ausgestattet, aber ausreichend. Die Matratzen waren bequem.

Cons:

Die Idee, die Zimmerschlüssel im Flur auszulegen, sodass alle Gäste freien Zugriff darauf haben, halten wir für äußerst problematisch. In unserem Fall haben andere Gäste, die etwas früher angekommen waren, unseren Schlüssel genommen und unsere Wohnung bezogen, weil sie ihnen – insbesondere bei der großen Hitze – besser bzw. kühler erschien und haben auch keinen informiert. Eine solche Situation sollte in einer professionell geführten Unterkunft nicht möglich sein.
Besonders enttäuschend war zudem die Erreichbarkeit des Gastgebers. Unter der angegebenen Notfallnummer war innerhalb von 2,5 Stunden niemand erreichbar (angeblich technischer Problem). Auf unsere Nachrichten und unsere Bitte um Rückruf – sowohl telefonisch als auch über Booking.com – wurde ebenfalls nicht reagiert.
Da das Aparthotel keine allgemein zugänglichen Sanitäranlagen bietet, die man ohne Zimmerschlüssel nutzen kann, mussten wir in dieser Situation selbst einen Kompromiss finden und warten. Erst nach etwa drei Stunden wurde uns eine Ersatzwohnung zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Abend war schon ruiniert.
Zwar kann der Gastgeber nichts für die hohen Außentemperaturen, dennoch hätten wir angesichts der langen Wartezeit und der entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten eine angemessene Entschädigung erwartet. Auf dieses Anliegen wurde jedoch nicht eingegangen.
Sehr enttäuschend und absolut nicht kundenorientiert. Wir werden diese Unterkunft nicht wieder buchen und können sie leider nicht empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut ausgestattet mit sogar in der Küchenzeile. Eine kleinen mit Injektorherdund Mikrowelle Spüle das Bad war super sehr groß. Alles war super zu reichen Restaurant Bäckerei für morgen früh Frühstück. Alles direkt nur paar Schritte entfernt vom Hotel. Auch die Lage war super innerhalb von 7 Minuten zum Beispiel beim Media Markt oder in dem kleinen Einkaufszentrum an der Michelinstraße.

Cons:

Durch die ungewöhnlich hohe Hitze mit teilweise 37° kann jetzt nix das Hotel dafür vielleicht für später mobile Klimaanlagen oder Klimaanlagen einbauen.

Pulito, semplice, accogliente.

Cons:

Purtroppo nei giorni in cui siamo stati c'era molto caldo, ed essendo all'ultimo piano senza aria condizionata era davvero poco confortevole. Nessuna persona alla reception, né all'arrivo né alla partenza.

Fajne miejsce na 1-2 noclegi w trakcie zwiedzania okolic. Starówka miasta warta zwiedzania. Piekarnia zaraz obok, w obiekcie ekspres do kawy, mała lodówka, czajnik, także można spokojnie przygotować podstawowe posiłki.
