Pros:

Smaczne śniadanie. Skorzystaliśmy również z obiadów "U Filipa". Bardzo blisko do dworca kolejowego i cabytkowej części Krakowa.

Dobry obiekt na nocleg "w trasie"
Pros:

Bardzo sympatyczny Pan w recepcji, który szybciutko i sprawnie przeprowadził zakwaterowanie. Pokój dość duży, aczkolwiek podstawowo i skromnie wyposażony, bardziej przypomina hostel na jedną noc (w trasie, w podróży). Niemniej można się wyspać, jest czysto, jest spora łazienka, klimatyzacja, bez zarzutu z małym wyjątkiem :) Śniadanie na dole w Restauracji u Filipa dostępne od 7:30 (mogłyby być ciutkę wcześniej - i z tego powodu na ten temat się nie wypowiem).

Cons:

Jedyne co było "upierdliwe" to odgłosy z zewnątrz, czasem słychać było osoby kwaterujące się na korytarzu. Także zza drzwi dochodził do pokoju hałas/dźwięki, ale też nie na tyle, aby nie dało się spać/wytrzymać.

Dosyć dużym utrudnieniem była kąpiel pod prysznicem ,ponieważ odpływ był zapchany a kabina się nie domykała.

Fla mnie pobyt przyjemny ze względu na lokalizację.Personel bardzo uprzejmy,recepcja,restauracja .

Hotel ma bardzo dobrą lokalizację,bardzo blisko dworca PKP, w pobliżu Stare Miasto ,można bardzo przyjemnie spędzić czas ,kawiarnie,restauracje na wyciągnięcie ręki,zabytki piękne Stare Miasto ,magiczny Kraków wieczorem

Pokój bardzo mały, wąskie standardowe tapczany ,wykładzina na podłodze,niestety wyraźnie zużyta,stara ,okna połaciowe nie było to przyjemne ,zwłaszcza ,że było upalnie .Działała klimatyzacja ,ale bez stopniowania poziomu chłodu .

Ideal para unos dias
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, al lado de la main station de Cracovia y pegado al casco historico. El Aire acondicionado fue indispensable en plena ola de calor

Labai patogi viebučio lokacija. Šalia ir visuomeninis transportas, ir parduotuvės, ir labai netoli traukinių stotis. Visas centras taip pat patogiai pasiekiamas pėsčiomis. Pusryčiai - vidutiniški.

Cons:

Duše vandens srovė labai silpna, sudėtinga praustis. Kambarys buvo palėpėje, reikia saugotis, kad nesusitrenktum galvos. Vietos kambaryje mažokai. Nepatogi pagalvė, labai maža.

La posizione della struttura, molto vicina al centro e alla stazione centrale, senza avere l'ingresso direttamente sulla strada

La disponibilità del personale, sempre pronto a rispondere alle domande e ad accontentare, dove possibile, le richieste.

Reception disponibile h24 (nota personale: per il nostro soggiorno è stata di fondamentale importanza questa caratteristica, visto che ci è stato possibile effettuare il check-out alle 3 del mattino, a seguito degli orari dell'aereo di ritorno)

Lo stile e la semplicità della stanza, che seppur non troppo grossa, aveva tutto ciò che serviva, compreso anche un "kit" di tazze, tè/caffè e bollitore per potersi preparare qualcosa da bere.

Climatizzatore e TV in camera e letto molto comodo.

Molto apprezzata la "convenzione" con il ristorante adiacente alla struttura, che prevedeva uno sconto sul pranzo. Colazione inclusa nel prezzo di prenotazione.

La situation de l'hôtel et la gentillesse du personnel
La climatisation dans la chambre

Cons:

Plusieurs équipements ne fonctionnaient pas : sèche cheveux, stores sur les velux déchirés (il faisait jpur à 4h30 !!) + porte d'accès à la chambre en partie vitrée sur un couloir qui ne s'éteint pas !
