We stayed four nights at Straszewskiego 24 Boutique Apartments and, unfortunately, the experience fell well below our expectations. To begin with, calling them “boutique apartments” feels like a clear overstatement.
The first issue is accessibility. There is no lift, and reaching the apartment requires climbing five long flights of stairs while carrying luggage. This is something guests should take into account.
The arrival experience was also disappointing. The entrance area consisted of three rubbish bins, an unattended reception desk, and what appeared to be two dusty mattresses still wrapped in plastic. At first, we genuinely thought they were part of the small art gallery advertised at the entrance. Overall, the atmosphere felt more like “help yourself and good luck” than a boutique accommodation.
Inside the apartment, there is no place to hang wet coats, jackets or leave shoes near the entrance. The dining area consists of a single table, half occupied by the television, and only two chairs. There’s also a sofa.
The kitchen facilities are extremely limited. There is no oven, no microwave and no extractor hood, only two induction hobs. There is also no dishwasher. Guests are expected to wash dishes in a shared common area and then carry them back to the apartment. The only microwave available is located in that common area, meaning you have to heat your food there and carefully transport it back to your apartment. The same area contains a small high table covered by dangerous cracked glass.
The apartment itself showed signs of poor maintenance. The bed headboard was stained and worn. The living room and bedroom overlook a neglected inner courtyard, offering a rather depressing view. The glass bathroom door was also visibly stained and poorly cleaned.
The biggest problem, however, was the air conditioning. It produced an extremely loud and intrusive noise, making it impossible to sleep with it running.

Sehr gute Lage, 5-10 Fussminuten vom Rynek Glowny Platz entfernt. Perfekte Information für den Self Check In. Alles war sauber.
Fernseher ist nicht gelaufen. Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und alle Armaturen (Dusche, Hahnen etc.) müssten wieder mal entkalkt werden.
La localització, que estava molt net i la relació qualitat preu. Els llits eren molt còmodes. L'esmorzar que inclouen era molt bo!!

A nostro parere (eravamo in 4) si potrebbe rendere più oscura la camera per evitare che entri la luce al mattino presto
ubicación perfecta y acceso fácil. Solo teniamos una toalla para dos personas ducharnos y le preguntamos a la persona de contacto siempre por whatsapp y no respondió. También nos quedamos sin gel de baño y en ninguno de los 4 dias nos vinieron ni a reponer ni limpiar la habitación
las necesidades que he comentado antes tanto toalla como gel, que nada mas entrar solo quedamos menos de un cuarto de la botellita de gel para los dos. También ver a alguien alli, ya que podriamos haber ido 4 personas y tirar colchones, nunca tuvimos que hacer un check-in

It was a comfortable space with everything I needed. It had a lot of natural light and was very spacious. The amenities were great! I wanted to stay longer and would have if I hadn’t already booked my flight.
