Ótimo custo benefício
Pros:

A localização, próxima à praça principal, podendo fazer tudo praticamente a pé.
O quarto era enorme, ótimo para colocar as malas e se organizar.
Há um café no primeiro, para quem quiser fazer as refeições lá.

Cons:

Tudo ótimo.

Die Zimmer und ihre Ausstattung sind schön, geräumig, toll ausgestattet.
Einfach hervorragend.
Sieht man in dieser Preisklasse nicht so oft.

Cons:

Abends keine besetzte Rezeption und Tags soll das Personal im Bistro auch die Rezeptionsarbeiten.

Ich finde, das ist der Qualität des Hauses sehr abträglich.
Sehr schade.

A bit confusing when originally got here as it doesn't really look like a hotel. But after I figured it out and the staff quickly approached me because I must have looked confused... I was good.

Cons:

Avrei gradito trovare shampoo/balsamo/crema corpo perché portarli in aereo è complicato. Ma i prodotti base c’erano

Central location hotel
Pros:

A perfect location for exploring Krakow. The rooms were very spacious and a lovely large bathroom. All the staff at the property were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

A little bit of street noise in the early hours, but this has to be expected with its very central location. Hotel provided ear plugs but noise was only very limited.

Great accommodation. 2 minutes walk to the square.

Cons:

Only downside was that only 1 pillow each in the room and they were very soft. We couldn’t change the temp on the air conditioning but not a major problem.
