Gutes und gut eingerichtetes Appartement in zentraler Lage an Zentrum und alten Messe
Pros:

Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist gut. Die Küchenutensilien sind von WMF und gut. Das Bett war gemütlich. Besonderes Highlight ist der Laundry Room mit Waschmaschinen, Wäschetrocknern, Wäscheständern und Bügelbretter.

Cons:

Es gibt zwar Kaffeekapseln und so als Grundausstattung. Aber zumindest Salz wäre auch klasse. Die Verdunkelung ist nicht wirklich hinreichend, vor allem bei Zimmern nach Osten (Morgensonne) - weder Jalousien noch Vorhännge verdunkeln gut. Die Sache mit dem Müll ist etwas sperrig organisiert. In Zentrumsnähe gibt es zentrale Sammelplätze. Der ist zwar neben dem Haus, aber man muss den Schlüssel aus dem Wäscheraum holen.
Weiterer Minuspunkt, der aber auch ein Pluspunkt sein kann, wenn man es ungestört mag: Die Zimmer werden nur alle 2 Wochen gereinigt oder auf Zuruf.

Das Apartment ist sehr groß. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl.

Cons:

Die Reservierung des Parkhaus hätte ich mir sparen können weil genügend Parkplätze in der Nähe sind.
