Pros:

여자 2명이 쓰기엔 방도 넓었고 특히 화장실이 넓어서 좋았어요 우산도 하나 비치되어 있어서 유용하게 잘 썼습니다 큰수건2 작은수건2 샴린바 있었어요 방안에 세탁기 건조대도 있었고 안 좋은점이 없던 숙소였어요

Pros:

色々な設備が整ってて良かった。

Cons:

調理用具として鍋を置いてあったらいいなと思いました。
洗濯洗剤、食器洗剤とスポンジ、歯磨きセットが設備としてあることを書いてあったら良かった。

Pros:

The room was very clean. kitchen was a little bit small but the bathroom was very spacious.

Pros:

周辺のお店が行きやすい立地だった。

Cons:

特別狭かった訳では無いが、前回利用した時より部屋が狭く調理器具も前回そこが深いお鍋があったが底の浅いものしか無かったなどの前回利用した時とのギャップが感じられた。

周辺の相場に比べて安かった点は良かったですが、
コストに見合った施設ではないと感じました。

建物や設備が老朽化しているのか、快適とは言い難い施設でした。

部屋に充満する下水の臭いが致命的でした。
風呂場の下水からの臭いが逆流しているのだと思います。

清掃で解決できるものでは無く、リノベーションする必要があるのではないかと感じました。

It's not the cleanest place, but good location and good deal.
Pros:

The host was responsive when I reported an issue in the room. Kindly moved me to a different room. Good locaiton and value.

Cons:

The bathroom ceiling was full of mold to the point the entire room smelled like mold. I spent one night in the room and woke up with a headache. The host did prepare me to move me to another room the following day. The beds/pillows in both rooms did not smell clean.
