Súper cómodo!
Pros:

El apartamento súper cómodo, el nuestro era tipo duplex con la habitación arriba. Teníamos todo lo necesario para estar ahí, nos alojamos varios días. Súper silencioso y tranquilo, el barrio tmb. Tienes cerca varias tiendas para comprar e ir a tomar el subte o bus
Al llegar tuvimos un pedido y nos respondieron enseguida
Volvería totalmente. Gracias!!

Stayed a single night in a good location but would NOT recommend staying longer than that.
Pros:

The location was nice and check-in was easy.

Cons:

The bathroom smelled musty, the bed was hard with a bar we could feel down the middle, there were dirty plates left in the microwave, and we couldn't use the WiFi because it was so weak.

1人で安くて寝泊まりするだけだったらとても良いかと思います。
Pros:

安かった。番号を事前に送ってくれ、チェックイン時の面倒な手続き無しで泊まれたのが良かった。

Cons:

洗面所の水の蛇口が壊れてて使えず、熱湯しか出なかった。ベッドが少し動くだけでキイキイ鳴って気になった。バスマットを風呂のすぐ近くに置いておくと、シャワーを浴び終わった時にはビチョビチョになっている。バスタブの周りに排水機能がなく、流れてきてしまったからだと思います。

Pros:

Ubytování bylo super. Moc krásný byt, dobré vybavený. V kuchyni jsme si vařili, bylo to super. V kuchyni malá trouba, sporák, rychlovarná konvice, hrnec, panvicky, talíře, hrnky, příbory apod. Pěkně uklizeno a čisto.

長期間安く生活しながら住むには良い
Pros:

安い。洗濯機や、風呂場の乾燥機は非常に便利でした。
すすきの駅からも、まー歩いて問題ないくらいですね。
裏に大きい24時間のドラッグストア（食品もしっかり置いている）があったので便利でした。
玄関が広いし、バス＆トイレルームも広いのは良かったです。

Cons:

メインのベッドの寝ごごちが悪い。ニトリとかで安いマットレスに変えたほうが良いのでは？と思うくらい悪かった。
ソファーもベッドにできるようだが、ソファーの前にあるテーブルが重すぎて動かす気にならない。
二人以上で、別なベッドに寝るのであれば、結構無理がある感じでした。
あとは、固定窓（すりガラスタイル）はカーテンが無いので遮光することは無理です。
シャワーカーテンの幅が足りない。

とにかく自由！
別宅で生活している感覚。
設備も整っていて何不自由なく過ごせた。
年3回北海道に来ているが予約が取れなかった時が
非常に残念に思う宿泊施設なのは間違いない‼️

安いけど、もういいかな
Pros:

値段は安いです。
場所もいいです！

Cons:

ベットの下フレームが固定されていなくて、落ちたり怪我をすることがありました。フレームが落ちてベット下を確認すると埃だらけでしたし...
あと、換気扇のせいか小さな虫が湧いていました。

掃除機を使おうとするとすっごく臭かったです。

広いお部屋で贅沢に感じました！
Pros:

行きはタクシーを使いましたが、帰りは歩きで最寄り駅まで行ける距離でした。
ツインルームだったので一人で使うには十分過ぎる部屋でした。
一泊な上に翌日も早く出たので滞在時間は短かったですが、良いお部屋でした。

Cons:

2階の電球が切れかかっていました。
トイレの中に手洗い場がなかったのが気になりました。(トイレから出た後、キッチンで手を洗っていました)
チェックアウトの仕方が分からず、入口の内側に案内がありましたが出来ればイラストなど添えて頂けるとより分かりやすいと思いました。
