素敵で良かった。
Pros:

どこも宿代高い割には対してセルフやし、綺麗じゃないところが多い中、良かった。
ちゃんと仕事して、この場を見てるって感じ。いいよね。
お風呂広い。扇風機・エアコン・お手洗い綺麗。駅近すぎて◎
清潔感を保つ姿勢良い。写真の通り。
1人で来たらココ以外選択肢無いかも。
チェックアウト後、南平岸駅まで歩いて無料送迎バスに乗り、湯処へいくのも良いよ。

Cons:

確かにベッドは硬いが床がふかふかなので床で寝ればいいと思う。

Pros:

The room had everything I needed, and it was very clean. The location is very close to the station on a major subway line (straight to Sapporo Station), so it was very convenient. The host was very friendly and helpful.

Pros:

札幌市中心部へのアクセスが非常に良い点。
その上少し郊外に位置しており、夜間は静かな点。
部屋の設備やスタッフの対応も非常によかったです。

Cons:

特にありません。
強いて言うなら窓が1ヵ所のみだったので、洗濯物を部屋干しした時に換気しづらかった程度です。

Pros:

Takashi is a fabulous host, helping kindly with any needs you have. The apartment is fully equipped, very clean and comfortable, and located in a quiet, authentic district outside of the city center, but still conveniently close to the metro. I felt right at home from the moment I checked in.

Excellent stay overall
Pros:

I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! I’m truly so happy I found this apartment. The studios were compact but clean, thoughtfully organised, and complete with all amenities you may need. The location is superb in a quiet neighbourhood but still central to train station, good restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, konbinis. I had a bicycle with me and I was able to park it outside my room safely. Finally and the best part of this stay - Takashi is an incredibly kind, generous, welcoming host. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his guests and wants them to have a wonderful experience. His hospitality made my time in Sapporo even more memorable. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in town.

Sehr schönes und gemütliches Apartment und sehr freundlicher hilfsbereiter Besitzer. Hat alles was man braucht und man ist innerhalb von 15-20min am Hauptbahnhof.
Alles wichtige wie Restaurants und Supermarkt sind in der Nähe

Excellent stay with kind hospitality and smooth check-in
Pros:

Stayed here for 5 nights in Sapporo. Mr. Takeshi was very kind, helpful and accommodating. He waited for my late check-in and explained everything clearly, including the parking location. Very good service and a comfortable stay overall. Highly recommended

Cons:

If you rent a car, you need to park roughly 200-300m from the property. The nearest parking a bit hard since it’s has tiny space

Pros:

Gần bến xe bus và ga tàu điện ngầm. Đi lại rất thuận tiện. Chủ nhà nhiệt tình, có thể gửi đồ sau khi check-out ở khu vực chung. Phòng không quá rộng nhưng sạch sẽ và mọi thứ vừa vặn cho 2 người ở. Giá cả phải chăng.

Cons:

Chiếc vòi tắm và vòi rửa tay chung 1 khóa vặn nên hơi khó sử dụng, điều chỉnh nước nóng lạnh cũng hơi bất tiện.

老闆很仔細解說，訊息也回覆蠻快的，但床偏小，身形較大的人可能比較沒辦法睡兩人。
