So bad experience
They make us to pay extra and make us wait until 9 pm to give key of place
The apartment was clean , has all the facilities as advertised ,close to the road and major bus stop.
Was close to the road and often to the train route and could be noisy at times from the trains passing especially when the windows are open*

The property was conveniently located for Swansea. Clean, nice new bathroom.
On arrival overpowering smell of paint as recently painted, windows had to be open the whole time and road noise was absolutely horrendous. Fridge door was wide open on arrival and freezer frozen solid- I had to defrost it. Dining chair was cheap metal frame and very uncomfortable - no lounge chair. No bedside light and only two low watt room lights- unable to read in the evenings. Convenient parking for 3 cars but 8 apartments so otherwise had to negotiate steep ramp directly onto main road. Mattress very uncomfortable - could feel the bed springs.
The bed was comfy and the room was nice and clean and very nice looking.
There wasn't enough towels or toilet roll for 5 days, the fan was in very poor condition so I had to buy a fan from B&Q because this heat was killing us.
The staff resolved my issues with this stay promptly and I was moved to another property. The apartment was well equiped.
Other residents were excessively noisy in the early hours of the morning.
The floorboards creaked in this apartment and the one next door.
Didn't get to like or dislike anything
Couldn't get access because we had no way of transferring a bond unless we gave our credit card details which is flagged as suspicious by booking.com. They would not do an international transfer or cash. Never had this before in 30 years of world travel. 400 $ gone. Walked up to another hotel.
I was pleasantly surprised. The apartment was clean tidy and comfortable. Trains do not cause any excess noise. Location is ok. 15/20 min walk to city centre. This is perfect for contractors.Great communication from the host.
I can't complain of anything
The bathroom was lovely and the location was good.
It looks incredible my different to the photos. It is decent value for money, but we were shocked when we arrived. Many marks on the wall including hand prints, and the sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable, it was better to put the mattress on the floor.
The property was in a good location to shops and beaches… great for leisure.
Housekeeping staff were polite and welcoming.
Out of three TVs only one would function, the connection to the WiFi however was horrible and the tv would go off every 10 seconds.
The floor in one of the bedrooms was wet and possibly a leak somewhere, washing machine was working but then other times wouldn’t work.
There is a burnt out socket. Hole in the wall.
They sent out a work man who was polite and tried to help but wasn’t able to fix the issue other then the washing machine.

The wifi was stable and easy to connect to
The reception, communal area, and stairs were dirty and never once cleaned. The washing machine was not working, had to do with hand washing. Heating had to be adjusted every time. Location was by train track and noise

Alles... bed was slecht slechte parkeer plekken en keuken met vieze spullen...
Het bed lag zo slecht je voelde alle veren en was veeel te hard hebben dit gemeld moesten foto maken heb contact met ze gehad en krijgen geen refund maar ben het hier nogsteeds niet mee eens.....
Lovely little apartment, confinement location just a short ride from the beach and city centre the apartment was clean ..easy check in on arrival . Key in box and codes provided.
Located just of a very busy road. The apartment was clean, but unfortunately the stairs and hallway needed some attention. I would of felt a bit safer with a more secure lock on both doors ,( entering the building and apartment. )
