Damp and smelly and noisy
Pros:

The kitchen

Cons:

The flat was airless with just a tiny window you had to literally climb into the sink to open. Consequently, it seemed the flat was never aired so it stank and was so damp that the sheets felt damp. After one night and day even my nightie felt damp. On top of this the ceiling was so poorly and cheaply constructed that we could hear every footstep and voice and music. Until 4 am we couldn't sleep. While the staff were very nice the flat isn't really fit for living or staying in. It needs another window and a better ceiling.

Don’t trust the photos shown in the booking listing—they don’t accurately reflect the overall experience or condition of
Pros:

The property was clean, and everything we needed was provided.

Cons:

The property itself was clean, but unfortunately our overall experience was very disappointing.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable, with noisy springs that made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. The sofa had broken legs, so we couldn’t use it and had to sit on chairs instead. There were only three chairs provided, even though our booking was for four people.

The soundproofing was terrible. We could hear everything from the people staying upstairs—their footsteps, walking around, and even snoring. Every time they walked, it felt like the ceiling was shaking or about to come down.

The property is right next to a railway line and a busy main road. Trains could be heard throughout the night, along with constant traffic noise, making it very difficult to relax or sleep. The surrounding area also felt unwelcoming.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work during our stay. We had to use a phone hotspot to connect the TV, which took nearly an hour. The TV menu was in another language, and we couldn’t change it. The TV in the bedroom didn’t turn on at all.

Parking is a major issue, especially if you have an expensive car, as there are very limited suitable spaces nearby.

The ironing board was very dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned.

If you’re looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay, I wouldn’t recommend this property. I paid £213 for the stay, and because I didn’t realise there was an additional non-refundable £35 payment, the total came to £248. In my opinion, the property is not worth anywhere near that price—I’d value it at around £80 based on our experience.

It met my requirements and I was able to meet up with my appointments*
Pros:

The apartment was clean , has all the facilities as advertised ,close to the road and major bus stop.

Cons:

Was close to the road and often to the train route and could be noisy at times from the trains passing especially when the windows are open*
Otherwise a nice place *

New and clean but not very comfotable.
Pros:

The property was conveniently located for Swansea. Clean, nice new bathroom.

Cons:

On arrival overpowering smell of paint as recently painted, windows had to be open the whole time and road noise was absolutely horrendous. Fridge door was wide open on arrival and freezer frozen solid- I had to defrost it. Dining chair was cheap metal frame and very uncomfortable - no lounge chair. No bedside light and only two low watt room lights- unable to read in the evenings. Convenient parking for 3 cars but 8 apartments so otherwise had to negotiate steep ramp directly onto main road. Mattress very uncomfortable - could feel the bed springs.

Very nice stay
Pros:

The bed was comfy and the room was nice and clean and very nice looking.

Cons:

There wasn't enough towels or toilet roll for 5 days, the fan was in very poor condition so I had to buy a fan from B&Q because this heat was killing us.

Pros:

The staff resolved my issues with this stay promptly and I was moved to another property. The apartment was well equiped.

Cons:

Other residents were excessively noisy in the early hours of the morning.
The floorboards creaked in this apartment and the one next door.

Pros:

Didn't get to like or dislike anything

Cons:

Couldn't get access because we had no way of transferring a bond unless we gave our credit card details which is flagged as suspicious by booking.com. They would not do an international transfer or cash. Never had this before in 30 years of world travel. 400 $ gone. Walked up to another hotel.
