Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und optisch ansprechend.

Cons:

Warum platziert man die Außenanlagen für die Klima-/ Heizgeräte direkt neben den Balkons? Die Geräuschentwicklung durch die Ventilatoren ist extrem störend. Absolute Fehlkonstruktion aus meiner Sicht.
Die Wohnungen sind darüber hinaus sehr hellhörig und bei der Ausstattung (Handtücher/ Toilettenpapier/ Küchenbedarf) wird sehr gespart. Das einzige Geschirrtuch hat schon bei der Ankunft gestunken und nicht mal eine Brise Salz war zu finden.

Die Lage war außergewöhnlich, wir hatten vom Riesen Balkon aus einen super Blick auf den Gardasee. Die Ausstattung war gut.

Cons:

Das Doppelbett aus Metal war nicht bequem. Morgens hatte ich Kater am Rücken. Aus der Dusche kam Wasser sehr langsam.

La propreté du logement
Le logement est neuf

Cons:

Le logement est trop petit. Tous les meubles sont poussés contre les murs pour pouvoir circuler.
Eau chaude par intermittence : un balcon d'eau chaude pour 12 logements. Pas d'eau chaude aux heures de pointe !
Les ventilateurs de la pompe à chaleur sont trop bruyants et vous gâchent votre balcon, rendu inutilisable.
La vue du balcon est cachée par la construction de nouveaux logements. Vous verrez le lac, derrière le toit des nouvelles maisons.
Chantier de construction à proximité, impossible d'être au calme.
La loterie est inconfortable.

Pros:

Piękny widok z okna, czysto, cicho. Ładny basen, w kuchni różne naczynia do gotowania. Wygodne łóżka, telewizja. Można przebywać z pieskiem za 5 euro doba.

Cons:

Przydały by się jakiś podstawowe rzeczy do gotowania: sól, pieprz, jakies przyprawy , olej, może ręczniki kuchenne. Dzikie godziny pracy recepcji( czynna tylko przez 2 godziny na dobę). Pan u którego się meldowalismy praktycznie nie mówił po angielsku. Pierwszy raz się spotkałam z kaucją zwrotną przy zameldowaniu.

Pros:

Der Ausblick auf die Berge und den Gardasee war sehr, sehr schön. Das Frühstück auf dem Balkon in der Morgensonne war herrlich! Aer ist ein nettes Dorf mit tollen Wanderwegen und Wasserfällen, die direkt von Borgo Ermanno aus zu erreichen sind. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und relativ modern eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Ferienwohnung war leider recht hellhörig. Ebenso hat das Gluckern der Klimaanlagen innen (auch im ausgeschalteten Zustand) und das Brummen der Wärmepumpe draußen vor dem Balkon die Ruhe durchaus etwas beeinträchtigt.
