Gemütliche Apartments in Seefeld
Pros:

Gemütliches, ruhiges Apartment (ich hatte das Penthouse auf dem 5. Stock mit 2 Balkons). Gemütliches Bad, voll ausgestattete Küche. Man kann mit der Strassenbahn 11 oder 15 zum Opernhaus fahren.

Cons:

Katastrophale Situation beim Einchecken. Man erhält wiederholt eine message von der Agentur mit bloßen Floskeln, ohne konkrete Information. Ich mußte ziemlich unangenehm werden, bis ein italienischer Mitarbeiter mir mitteilte, daß ein Telefon beim "check-in Kiosk" vorhanden ist, und dies ist die wichtigste Info, die man braucht! Denn das check-in/check-out auf dem vorhandenen Computer am Eingang des Gebäudes funktioniert nicht, das System stürzt ständig ab. Zum Glück war es möglich, am (vorhandenen) Telefon die Agentur anzurufen, und die haben mich und andere Reisende eingecheckt.

The location is very good and public transportation is great only 2min to reach to use tram.

In general, I like most of the stay but Wifi was big problem, the connection is very weak.

Pros:

The apartment was spacious and bright, the windows overlooked the side street and the back yard, the bedroom window overlooked the back yard, so there was no noise from the street. Location is good - 15 minutes from city center by tram (two routes). Self-checkin passed smoothly according to instructions I received. There is luggage room to leave your luggage.

Cons:

I didn't receive instructions about luggage room and had to call by phone to get them. And even with instructions I found luggage room only from the second attempt. But finally we could leave our luggage and went to the mountains on the very first day.

La posizione: comodissima per i mezzi pubblici, vicina ad un bellissimo parco. Volendo è possibile raggiungere il centro con una piacevole camminata sul lungolago.

Good location, not too far from the city centre. It was close to the lake and parks.
Pros:

Location was convenient. Public transport was close to the apartment, and the lake was only a 5‑minute walk away. There were also several local supermarkets nearby.

Money well spent
Pros:

We were early and the reception staff let us check in 2 hours early that we appreciated so much. The rest of the facilities were also very satisfactory. Additionally, location was so very well.

Gut für ein Wochenende
Pros:

Lage sehr gut, fußläufig zum Zentrum, sehr gute Anbindung zum öffentlichen Verkehr, Ausstattung der Wohnung war gut

Cons:

Sofabett nur für eine Nacht tauglich, Musikanlage war da, hatte aber nicht funktioniert, küchenausstattung nicht vollständig wie auf Zubehörliste

Ruhiges und komfortables Appartment zentral gelegen
Pros:

Sehr komfortable Unterkunft, ruhig da das Zimmer nach hinten raus ist. Ebenso ist eine Terasse vorhanden. Unkompliziertes Self-Checkin am Terminal. Straßenbahn und Bäcker direkt vor der Tür. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und würden diese wieder buchen, wenn wir in Zürich unterwegs sein sollten.

Cons:

Einzig die Kanten vom Bettenkasten/-gestell sind abgenutzt, hier würde eine Renovierung helfen den Gesamteindruck noch weiter zu verbessern.
