The place was near my work place…
It had a really bad smell inside the appartement… no idea what that was… the couch was uncomfortable…
The location was good and the apartment was spacious. The bed was comfortable.
There was a bad odour in the apartment which didnt go even though we has the windows open.
There was no space to dry laundry even though the booking states there is a drying rack in the apartment. They informed us there was a rack in the laundry room but it was tiny so not very helpful. We had enquired about the laundry room in advance thankfully as you need coins. It seems a bit ridiculous given everything else is done by card - they even have a card reader at the self check-out.
We were there during a heatwave and they had only provided one fan which wasn't very strong. It was a 2 bed apartment. They gave us a second fan when we asked but it didnt really help. I appreciate they dont control the weather but when an accommodation charges that amount per night they should be able to provide comfortable sleep at the very least. We ended up leaving after one night because it was so uncomfortable.
It was clean, spacious, 30m away from tram stop and close to lake parks in a very nice area. Also having two bathrooms is life saving for a family of five.
We happened to stay while temperatures reached 38-39 degrees and the staff kindly provided us with two fans. The apartment wasn’t air conditioned which is the norm in Zurich. Still, it was hardly bearable.
Nossa experiência no City Stay foi excelente. A unidade estava extremamente limpa, organizada e muito confortável, proporcionando uma estadia bastante agradável. A localização também merece destaque: é central, o que facilitou muito nossos deslocamentos por Zurique.
Durante nossa hospedagem, os dias estavam um pouco mais quentes, e a unidade não dispõe de ar-condicionado. No entanto, compreendemos que essa é uma característica comum na região, e havia um ventilador disponível, o que ajudou a amenizar a temperatura.
De modo geral, tivemos uma ótima experiência e certamente voltaríamos a nos hospedar no City Stay. Nota 10!

The apartment is in an excellent location and was pristinely clean. Unfortunately I was there during extremely warm temperatures (38 degrees) and it was very hot. However, the staff kindly provided a fan which helped somewhat. The bathroom is beautiful and the apartment was very well equipped generally. There was flexibility from the staff which was appreciated and the ability to re-code a key was well received given I had left my original one in the room by mistake. Recommended

Loved the location which is so close to the lake and also walkable to centre but also a tram stop right outside.
The balcony was amazing and such a great feature of this apartment.
Fan provided as was very hot weather when we stayed.
Option for more pillows would be good.

Gli appartamenti sono ampi e puliti. La cucina è attrezzata con il necessario. La zona è comoda per raggiungere varie zone della città. E' presente un parcheggio privato sotto casa. City Stay è il nostro punto di riferimento a Zurigo.
Good self check in system. Great location in Seefeld.
lift is tiny. typically Zurich expensive as was parking fee CHF25 night given outside off street.
The location is excellent. Near the lake with easy access to public transport. Nice sized apartment. Self check in worked perfectly.
The lift is a bit tight but then was glad they have one.
