Pros:

Modern klein appartement, perfect voor de overnachting. De kamer was netjes en we waren positief verrast van de badkamer. Er zijn veel beveiligde poorten vooralleer je bij het appartement toe komt, dit heeft een veilig gevoel. De eigenaar is zeer toegankelijke en bereikbaar, hij slaapt ook in het appartementencomplex. Het was mogelijk onze bagage achterlaten voor incheck tijd, wat heel handig was. Vlotte communicatie. Dit appartement ligt heel centraal gelegen waardoor alles vlot bereikbaar is en ligt vlak bij bus, metro en tram haltes. Fietsen verhuur mogelijkheid is ook vlakbij. Ik zou dit aanraden.

Cons:

Moeilijkheden bij het betalen, dit komt ook omdat hier niet met euro wordt betaald. Dit is dus iets waar je rekening mee moet houden. De eigenaar was echter heel geduldig hierbij. Betalen met Revolute is ook een optie hier. Daarnaast hadden we wat moeilijkheden het appartement te vinden, maar de eigenaar stuurde hiervoor heel duidelijke instructies. Zeer tevreden met het nauw en goed contact met de eigenaar via Whatsapp.

The flat is in a great location, close to the city center and multiple metro stations. The apartment itself was clean, new, well equipped and had AC in every room.

Cons:

There is a noise coming from the outside, as the windows don't isolate sound well. The common spaces in the building are quite run-down.
