Handy to great coffee shops and central to QPAC
Pros:

Central location, close to QPAC
Bed was quite comfortable.
Lady at reception was very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Bathrooms had a foul smell about them.
Exhaust fan in main bathroom was extremely noisy.

Nice little apartment in a great location.
Pros:

The girl on the front desk (Ann) was lovely. Went out of her way to accommodate our needs. The apartment was comfortable and clean and great value for money considering it was a busy weekend in Brisbane.

Cons:

It was a little dated but considering the price it wasn’t an issue.
