Close walk to South Bank especially QPAC where we needed to be each day.
Free parking.

Cons:

No hotwater for first 2 days.
Hairdryer was broken. Vacuum cleaner was broken. Very noisy area especially over a weekend. Carpet is old and stained. Hallways smell. Beds are hard and uncomfortable.

Very conveniently located. Within walking distance to South Bank, the CBD, & the train station so its easy to go anywhere.

Cons:

Since it is a 'serviced' apartment, we expected at least 1 cleaning day within the 5 days we were there but were told there was no cleaning service. There was no re-supply of toiletries (batg soap/shampoo, etc), just some detergent & dishwashing soap after we asked for them. We stayed in a serviced apartment for 7 days in Sydney and we had something to compare to.

Nice stay but not ideal for me
Pros:

The room was more than I needed for one person (would be ideal for a family or small group staying for a week). Modern furnishings and kitchen appliances - dishwasher included. Having a balcony was a nice bonus as I could look out towards the park. Great location if you need to be in South Bank or going to the convention centre.

Cons:

The parking (even temporary while you check in) is a hassle and a half, especially if you check in after hours, as I did.
I didn't mind following instructions, and I understand they didn't have a check-in date past 5 pm (from memory), but it was enough to put me off staying there again. Also, I was instructed I had to take out all my rubbish even though I only ended up being there for 2 nights and barely had anything to throw out. I was worried I would be charged, so I took it out to the chute anyway.

Great location, clean and comfy
Pros:

Clean bedding and very comfy, quiet considering the location, and spacious with a nice view over the park.

Cons:

There were a few things that needed a bit of TLC. Such as the broken lamp in the living room. The sofa was also in need ag a good wipedown.

Good value in a very good location. Highly recommended.
Pros:

The apartment was self contained with cooking utensils etc that were actually a decent quality. It had a nice outlook and the location is excellent. I arrived and departed during reception hours, so I can't comment about any lockbox type arrangements for those that can't make it in those hours.

Cons:

I was very happy in general with everything. The price was good, the location was good, I don't really have anything negative to add.

I liked the customer service.
I liked how close to the Brisbane exhibition centre it was.

Cons:

The bed. It felt cheap to sleep on. I didn't sleep very well due to this and I had one VERY sore back by Sunday
