Выделили 3 местный номер вместо двухместного за что большое спасибо
Pros:

Очень чистый отель, комфортное расположение, гостеприимный персонал, постоянно помогали и очень отзывчивые, отдельное спасибо Хикмету, все прошло замечательно

Cons:

Отель находится в маленьком переулке, немного страшно ходить по ночам но это мелочи так как вблизи все главные достопримечательности

The staff was friendly and helpful, the location was excellent, and the hotel was clean and comfortable.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location was perfect — very convenient and close to everything we needed. The cleanliness was very good, and the rooms were cleaned every second day

Cons:

The only small thing that could be improved is the breakfast, but overall we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Good value for money
Pros:

Good buffet breakfast with plenty of tasty options. Having access to the spa is excellent after a long day of walking. The rooms are big although the setting is very basic. Having fresh water available would have been a plus.

Cons:

In general I was very satisfied, maybe it could have some better guidance on how to use the Turkish bath. The surroundings are a little chaotic but it was not a big problem for us.

Səfərimizin başından sonuna qədər əməkdaşlar xüsusi diqqətlə yanaşdılar. Qarşılama, yola salma çox dəqiqliklə həyata keçirildi. Xüsusi ilə Hikmət bəy və bütün əməkdaşlar diqqət və qayğı ilə köməklik göstərdi. Təşəkkürlər.

Buen hotel, cómodo y limpio
Pros:

La pieza y el baño eran muy cómodos. Contaba con terraza la habitación. Todo muy limpio.
Nos avisaron con anticipación que hacían aseo cada dos días, pero muy bien.
El desayuno era bueno, cumplia bien.
Los recepcionistas muy amables igual que quienes servian el desayuno.
Nos ayudaron con el trasporte al aeropuerto.
El recepcionista mayor es lo mejor del hotel!

Cons:

Que no contaba con ascensor, y que el barrio cuando oscurecía no daba mucha confianza, aunque nunca tuvimos miedo ni pasó nada

Pros:

Clean, looks like it was recently renovated, looks kinda modern.
Towels and sheets are nice and clean.
All staff are friendly and ready to help and advise you on your stay.

Cons:

The room lacks some essentials like drinking glasses, complimentary tea or coffee in the room. I would like to have hanging spots in the room, as there are none. These are all little details that are not that essential, but would really help to improve the experience.

Хозяева очень хорошие люди, помогали, подсказывали. В номере убирались каждые два дня.

Очень скудный завтрак: одно яйцо, добавки, каши нет. Также в номере не было воды, стаканов для чая, и находили тараканы. Сам отель между магазинами, по утрам шумно

Mixed feelings about the property.
Pros:

Close to the center but it was a little bit trashy area with a lot of noise.

Cons:

We were staying on the top floor and heard rats every single night. No elevator so it was tricky with the luggages.

La habitación es pequeña pero bonita

Cons:

La ubicación está en un barrio con calles muy sucias llenas de basura que no recogen y tirada por toda parte.

Die Lage in der Nähe zum Zentrum war super - ca 15 min dorthin , Ausstattung Modern, alles sauber
