The hospitality was very good.Peaceful and quiet environment. The staff were exceptionally helpful and very welcoming. Big thanks to Mustafa and the rest of the team they all were great.Definitely recommend 👌 👍

這次的住宿體驗堪稱完美！飯店非常乾淨整潔，地理位置更是無可挑剔，走路就能輕鬆抵達老城區的各大景點。飯店周邊有非常多餐廳可以選擇，不論用餐或逛街都極為便利。

​特別想感謝經理 Mustafa，他充滿熱情且樂於助人；其他員工也都非常體貼周到，在這裡完全沒有陌生感，他們真的把我們當作家人一樣款待，讓人覺得無比溫馨。

​我們這次入住的是家庭房，房間內就能欣賞到美麗的海景，視野令人心曠神怡。另外，對於住在高樓層的朋友來說，飯店貼心地設有電梯，完全不需要辛苦地搬運沉重的行李，這點對有行李或帶小孩的旅客來說加分！

Excellent staff, quite pleasant rooms.
Pros:

The staff of the hotel is absolutely wonderful. They go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. They try to answer any questions and help you in any way they can. I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel.

Great apartment with stunning view
Pros:

Great location on beautiful quiet street, close to everything. Breathtaking view from the balcony. Staff is really great and very hospitable.

Cons:

It would be good to have some plates and cutlery in a kitchen.

Great location and great people to make you feel welcome on
Pros:

The location and the welcoming staff who were at the hotel. Right from the time we stepped into hotel till we left, we felt very welcome. The hospitality was very good. The place is central to all the attractions and places of interest.

Reserved two rooms with two beds, it took half an hour to get bedding for a sofa, it wasn't pleasant discussion, guy behind the desk wasn't very professional, funny discussion, sofa-bed is not equal to a sofa))) at least we've got bedding for a poor quality and uncomfortable sofa. We were tired with flying through war started on 02.28.26 and so, had no energy to elevate our reasonable request, and left them alone

Comfortable with a beautiful view.
Pros:

The best thing was the view over the Sea of Marmora from our balcony, also visible in part from the breakfast terrace - beautiful, the holiday continues even in the hotel room. The elevator is handy for less mobile visitors. There are also two good restaurants within 100m - Seatanbul and Marbella. The staff are exceptionally helpful.

Excellent! Perfect for exploring Istanbul. Lovely staff and premises.

A wonderful place to stay. The location is perfect for inner city exploring. The staff were AMAZING! Kind, friendly, very welcoming and helpful. It was quiet, very clean, very comfortable and definitely worth staying at.
