Location, comfy main bed, spacious room. Great staff. Good food in the restaurant with 20% guest discount.
It could be a bit cleaner overall.
The additional bed wasn't comfy at all, only maybe for a kid.
The bathroom tap was semi-broken; you couldn't control the hot/cold water.
Bathroom lighting was poor.
The bathroom shower has only an over-the-head option, which, for us, was limiting. Like, hard to take a shower without making your hair wet.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was excellent and very convenient, as it was close to everything I needed. The receptionist was extremely polite, helpful, and always welcoming with a smile. The room was cleaned every day, and the overall cleanliness was outstanding. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
La posizione è spettacolare, in 2 minuti a piedi si è davanti a Santa Sofia e alla Moschea Blu. A meno di 10 minuti di trova il gran bazar. In 20 minuti si è a Eminonu e al Ponte sul Bosforo
La vista della camera non era granché , affacciava sul retto del palazzo

Sotto l'albergo vi è un ottimo ristorante convenzionato con l'albergo che offre il 20% di sconto su quanto consumato.
Consigliatissimo se non si vuole spendere molto per il pernottamento.

Everything was alright , the day we arrived they picked us from the airport , it was smooth service , we came here , Serhat helped us a lot , he showed us main destination , place has prime location its close by to everywhere .

Perfect location, close to public transport. The room was very spacious, with more than enough space for three of us. We even had a sofa. The bathroom was large as well. In short, we will definitely come back.

The Room was spacious and great. Dead smack in the middle of Sultanahmet and hardly 2 min walk to the main road right next to blue mosque.
Plenty of food options.
Serhat at the Reception is just great. Respectful and decent.
The place is like 4 5 floors and no lift and no stairs.
I understand the location and how they have revamped to make it an accommodation.
For couples or friends it is a great option. I wouldn't recommend if you have small kids. After the whole day of walking and sightseeing, those stairs are a nightmare.
Llcoation was great, the property was sound proof and yes the place was clean, comfortable and great value for money but the biggest difference was the host. Serhat provided the hightest levels of customer service anyone could hope for. His personable care, good communication skills and good local guidance makes this a 5 star place.
