Empfehle ab 4 Nächte, dann kein Aufschlag.
Pros:

Frühstück war ok. Zimmer mit viel Ablage und Schränken. Sehr sauber. Holz und Granit, sehr edel.

Cons:

Bettgestell ist zu hoch, schmerzt beim Aufstehen. Achencard erst am Folgetag erhalten. WC-Papier war alle, kein Personal für Nachschub anwesend. Bei Abreise keine Nachfrage, ob alles i.O. war.

Pros:

Die Lage war perfekt für Tagesausflüge,5 Minuten vom Lift und Achensee entfernt. Das Zimmer war gemütlich, mit Balkon und Blick auf den See. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Personal super aufmerksam.

Unfreundlich, unprofessionell
Pros:

Zur Ausstattung kann ich nichts sagen, da wir in dieses Hotel nicht anreisen konnten.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft hat uns einen Tag vor Anreise mitgeteilt, dass sie unsere Buchung nicht eingetragen hat. Wir mussten uns dann eine Alternative suchen. Die Person, mit der ich Kontakt hatte war äußert unhöflich. Man hat mich gebeten die kostenlose Stornierung anzufragen. Das habe ich wahrheitsgemäß gemacht und wurde dann als blöd betitelt, weil die Unterkunft nun Gebühren zahlen müsse. Die Stornierung wurde aber nicht in meinem Booking-Account bestätigt. Als ich dann den Kundenservice am geplanten Anreisetag kontaktierte, meldete die Unterkunft, dass sie doch Kapazitäten hätten. Ich habe mich mehrere Tage mit der Unterkunft rumgeärgert bis die Stornierung endlich durchgeführt wurde. Leider ist das absolut nicht gastfreundlich und hat bei mir einen sehr negativen Eindruck hinterlassen.

Super Unterkunft.
Pros:

super Empfang. Total unkompliziert.
Zimmer geräumig und groß. Sehr schöne Ausstattung und sauber. Frühstück perfekt. Wer da nicht dass passende findet, der ist dann wohl hier falsch.
Auch das auschecken ohne viel Prozedere.
Rundum sehr zufrieden, und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Cons:

Das wir nur eine Nacht dort waren !!!!

Regnerisch, aber da kann keiner was für. Unterkunft top 👍🏻
Pros:

Freundliches Personal, perfekte Lage, Sauna war wichtig da es geregnet hatte.

Cons:

Kleinigkeiten. Eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer, Kaffee der nach dem Frühstück 2,50 Euro kostet. Das geht bestimmt billiger.
