Romantik pur
Pros:

Großer Parkplatz vor dem Hotel. Stilvolle Einrichtung mit mediterranen Farben und gemütlichen Akzenten. Großer Fernseher und stabiles WLAN. Romantischer Blick über den See in Richtung Vogesen.
Sehr nettes, kompetentes Personal, Änderungswünsche an der Rechnung wurden sofort und ohne Beschwerden vorgenommen.
Habe den nächsten Aufenthalt bereits gebucht.

Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe und das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Wir haben keinen Zugang zum Restaurant erhalten, weil wir nicht im Voraus gebucht hatten.
Die Leiterin des Restaurants war offensichtlich überfordert und sehr unhöflich. Wir waren mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs und konnten nicht ausweichen.

Grundsätzlich in Ordnung, die Kommunikation muss dringend verbessert werden.
Cons:

Self Check-In wurde angeboten und aktiviert. Leider einen falschen Code bekommen. Außerdem war kein Schlüssel im Safe. Anrufe wurden nicht entgegen genommen. Schriftliche Anfragen sehr spät beantwortet. Man sollte auch die Hinweise, die überall aufliegen, aktualisieren. Es wird eine Telefonnummer angeführt, an die man sich wenden kann, nur hebt niemand ab!

Сподобалося розташування, недалеко від траси і дуже тихо і спокійно, ідеально для відпочинку після довгої дороги. В номері чисто і затишно, комфортний матрас.

Cons:

Не сподобалося, що немає інформації на англійській або французькій мові.
Ще було б приємно, якщо в номері були б
стакани.

Es war praktisch , aber das Preis Leistungsverhältnis fand ich unangemessen , mit diesem Namen „Seehotel Europa“ stellte

Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet auf den ersten Blick , der großzügige Balkon war bei dieser Hitze am Abend sehr angenehm

Cons:

Die kalt warm Einstellung in der Dusche und am Waschbecken war nicht gut regulierbar , bei kalt kam warm , zudem wäre mir fast die gesamte Amateur am Waschbecken rausgedreht gewesen . Montags gibt es kein Frühstück , dann wäre es schön , wenn man etwas zum Kühlen auf dem Zimmer hätte , wegen Yogourt , Getränken oder Ähnliches . Es war an den ersten Tagen sehr laut bis früh in den Morgen , warum , weiß ich nicht ….
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr einfach gestrickt , kostet aber auch nur 10 Euro , insofern gleicht sich das aus …
Lauter süßes Müslizeugs , ein paar Nüsse oder Sonnenblumenkerne oder Leinsamen ist sinnvoller , Obst habe ich mir selber mitgebracht …

Lovely lake views
Pros:

Communication was simple and easy, the lake view was unexpected and quite lovely. The bathroom was roomy but indeed had no free toiletries, luckily I knew to expect this from other reviews. The decor is somewhat childish but very charming, pretty much like Europapark. If you want to visit Europapark and experience similar vibes at your hotel - while also enjoying some peace and quiet next to a lovely pond/lake - I would definitely recommend staying here.

Cons:

The bed was a traditional massive German double bed with a separation down the middle, very high and quite hard. Some willl love it but I'm personally not a fan of this style.

Die Zimmer waren sehr groß und geräumig, der Balkon mit Seeblick war ebenfalls super. Auch beim Frühstück war alles da was man brauchte, für diesen Preis unschlagbar

Ich komme immer wieder gerne und freue mich schon auf nächstes Jahr
Pros:

Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist gerade in der Früh' einfach idyllisch, trotz der heißen Temperaturen waren die Zimmer angenehm und die quakenden Frösche waren halb so schlimm:)

Super Frühstück und das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Cons:

Nächstes Mal muss ich den Aufenthalt länger buchen:)
