The apartment itself is lovely and spacious, with the beds being that comfortable it would be impossible to have a bad nights sleep! We stayed in the top apartment and the living area was great with a flat screen tv with streaming services so a nice place to chill. The location is also excellent this is the part of Amsterdam where you want to stay, away from the overwhelming centre but easy to walk/ get the tram there to visit some attractions.
The stairs! Knew they would be steep but pretty much 4 flights of stairs to the apartment was crazy and how steep they were I honestly couldn’t recommend it for anyone more elderly as they would struggle! The apartment wasn’t the cleanest either in the kitchen/ noticed in the crevice of one of the chairs a bracelet was left from a prior guest. No instructions on how to use the appliances either which made the oven difficult to use/ no microwave in the apartment and limited coffee if staying for 3 nights with multiple people which we would expect as a minimum (even if no more coffee pods instant coffee would be perfectly acceptable!). All that being said we loved our stay just some feedback to make the experience better for others

Perfekte Lage, 10 minuten in die Stadt. Auch die Umgebung ist angenehm, und hat nur einen kurzen Spaziergang ins Musumsviertel. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, schön eingerichtet, perfektes Amsterdam-Feeling (steiles, enges Treppenhaus). Perfekt für einen Urlaub in der Stadt, der Preis dafür völlig ok.

Le prix est un peu excessif et les escaliers sont très raides au 4 ème étage sans ascenseur. À déconseiller aux personnes âgées ou avec un problème de santé . Le parking à proximité est très cher

We absolutely loved our stay at Marnix360apartments. The apartment was spotless, bright, and very well maintained. It had all the facilities we needed, and the beds were honestly the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on! The host was fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and very responsive to messages. We felt completely safe and secure all weekend, and the digital check-in and access code made everything so easy. The location was perfect too, within walking distance of all the main areas and close to the tram links.

Emplacement idéal, proche du centre historique et des musées. Appartement spacieux et agréable, très lumineux et avec une vue dégagée. Chambres au calme sur l'arrière. Accès par code très pratique pour éviter les problèmes de clés.
Prix élevé et il faut y ajouter le stationnement en parking car pas de place de stationnement avec le logement. Attention escaliers très raides, ça n'était pas un problème pour nous mais pas adapté pour des personnes à mobilité réduite.
