Pros:

Punto forte sicuramente la posizione, a neanche 10 minuti dalla fermata Santa Eulàlia e Collblanc della metro. Le foto rispecchiano la realtà: appartamento fornito di tutto l'occorrente, con un letto confortevole e condizionatore (che abbiamo apprezzato molto).

Cons:

Non ho nulla di cui lamentarmi, è andato tutto bene! Se torneremo a Barcellona, penso proprio che sceglieremo nuovamente questa struttura :)

Pros:

A szállás szép tiszta volt, kényelmes és jól felszerelt.

Cons:

Nagyon hangos az utcafronti szoba (zárt ablak mellett is), valamint a szobaajtó olyan hangosan csapódik, hogy a többi vendég közlekedése állandó zajjal járt.

Situato a dieci minuti a piedi per raggiungere la metro.

Pros:

Tiene cerca el metro y andando no está lejos del centro

Cons:

• El programa que utilizan para sus reservas filtro nuestros datos a terceros y casi nos estafan por Whatsapp. ¿Su respuesta? Una triste disculpa.
• No nos recibió nadie al llegar
• La ventana de la habitación da a un patio interior.
• El barrio se siente inseguro.
• Hay que entrar con códigos.
• El televisor es inteligente pero no funciona ninguna la aplicación
• La ducha solo tenia dos pequeños botes para 3 días.

Eccezionale, se tornassi a Barcellona tornerei ad alloggiare qui
Pros:

L'ambiente è spazioso e pulito. L'angolo cottura è attrezzato con tutto il necessario. Nel frigo abbiamo trovato una bottiglia d'acqua da 1,5L in regalo, e c'erano capsule per il caffè e bustine di tè e camomilla. Il letto comodo, la stanza luminosa. Il personale rapido nelle risposte. Il check-in e check-out facilissimi. La posizione ottima, vicino a 3 linee della metropolitana (L9S, quella che arriva all'aeroporto El Prat), L5 ed L1 che portano in centro città (intesa come zona della città Gotica) in circa 20 minuti. E' vicino a diversi posti in cui mangiare o fare la spesa (ottimo il fornaio proprio di fronte).

Cons:

Avrei messo qualche capsula del caffè espresso in più, erano solo 4 e siamo state in due per 3 notti. Le luci di fianco al letto matrimoniale non si possono spegnere in modo autonomo. E' solo un dettaglio, ma sarebbe comodo poterlo fare, se uno dei due vuole leggere e l'altro dormire... Ma sono solo dettagli

Pros:

Very easy self check-in. 5min walk to the metro, 2min walk to the bus station. If you take a taxi from the airport to the room is 30 euros. Nearby pastries shop, restaurants, fast food, pharmacy and markets. Clean room.

Cons:

No slippers. No shower basket, you have no place to leave the shower gel and shampoo.

I would like to report a serious incident that occurred during my stay. Upon switching on the hairdryer provided in my room, the device emitted an unusual noise followed immediately by smoke, which I inadvertently inhaled. This caused noticeable nasal irritation and discomfort.
This situation raises significant safety concerns, as such a malfunction could have resulted in more severe harm. I believe this reflects a lack of proper maintenance and safety checks for in-room equipment.


I kindly request that you address this matter urgently, investigate the condition of the equipment, and inform me of the actions taken. I also expect appropriate measures to ensure guest safety and to resolve this issue satisfactorily.
