You have bakeries and cafes very close by
The only complaint if you call it that is that the AC was very low when was hot outside .

Convenient location near the center. Functional kitchenette. Fast internet. Quiet balcony facing the courtyard. Very large bed and enough sockets. Waste sorting available. Elevator in the building.
Very bright due to sun exposure, requires curtains most of the time. Ventilation can be limited. The balcony and kitchen are visible from neighboring balconies. Noticeable damp areas near the balcony door — the plaster is bubbling and can crumble into fine dust on the floor, shoes and clothes when touched, when opening the door, or moving the curtain.
There are also several small but persistent background noises: the bathroom extractor fan turns on together with the light and creates a constant hum, the kitchen hood is quite loud, and the fridge can be clearly heard at night.
Die Lage ist toll und die Apartments sind gut ausgestattet.
Das große Apartment riecht ein wenig muffig wegen Feuchtigkeit. Wir hatten mehrere Kakerlaken in der Küche. Die Vermieterin hat uns unverzüglich andere Apartments angeboten und war darin sehr hilfreich.

The apartment has damp/ mould in kitchen area and could do with a clean and tidy as cooker hood very dirty.
