Pros:

We booked a weekend with our 2 toddlers. We booked what looked like an apartment, cozy and spacious for us all. The staff was very helpful in providing everything we needed. It really exceeded my expectations.

My first time experience wasn't as pleasant as I was told by others that know the GH.
Pros:

The one and only staff member that assisted me with my troubles.

Cons:

Shower didn't have any hot water, there was no heating source, no reception button for assistance, when booking a room you don't get informed or told what room you getting so when I booked the "last room" on booking.com I got one that was in front of reception which was super inconvenient because I had to pay extra for another room upstairs which was available but booking.com said the guesthouse didn't have any other room so in essence I felt scammed out of paying more and the atmosphere wasn't even that friendly so highly disappointed and booking here again will not be the easiest option even if it's the cheapest at the time hopefully this reaches management. Thank you

Very poor.. Not recommended!!
Pros:

Not much really.. the bed and kitchen facilities were good

Cons:

There were no dstv channels (it showed on the channels that they hadn't payed their account), the wifi password didn't work at all! and the bathroom had a small roll of toilet paper for new guests. The steep climb with my car into the accommodation isn't easy and can damage the car. (I had to roll back onto the road just to gain momentum up the steep climb, slightly scratching my front bumper.)

The rooms are very spacious and well kept.

Cons:

1. Both bookings.com and I could not get hold of the owner, I was charged and extra day although i have canged the booking within the stipulated time.
2. I have stayed here a few times already. So we were comfortable booking here for all our work visits, but we were not given towels this time around and the staff told us that there is no towels available. (very dissapointing and too short notice for us to go buy towels)
